Make it easier to make custom profiles. Needs the ability to export and import profiles in excel format, so you can modify from a computer and easily share them. It crashes sometimes in the middle of a roast and now I have no way to monitor. The app should be able to pull the status of the roast from the roaster in the even if an app crash. Needs a manual roast setting in the app that lets you adjust rotation speed, heat, and fan speep. It should log your adjustments and create custom profile

Fully manual mode has been recently introduced which has been great! I can review previous manual roasts. Would be nice to be able to set the starting settings and then to manually adjust from there. I find myself frantically trying to adjust all settings following dropping the beans

Multiple errors when trying to renew your subscription. I evem tried to reinstall the app and still same error. Also it would be really nice if there can be a way to tweek and save your previpus setting from advanced profiles

Recently there have been lots of good changes and improvements to the app, and many glitches removed. Well done to the company for listening to feedback!

Just before start roast, after select the roaster, the app crashed, bcak to the beginning of the menu.

Pixel 6 Non Operable. Translated app from Chinese to English so a little quirky. Biggest issue is while I could connect to my R1, the Start button for beginning the roasting sequence did not function. I had to download to an iOS device which worked much better. 2024 people and there are more Android devices in the world than iOS.

There is a bit of a learning curve and there are some rare occasions when trying to modify and save a roast curve fails BUT, once you have gained experience with it, it is actually quite powerful. Manual roasting with the ability to save and modify the resulting profiles for future use is quite convenient. The preloaded roasting profiles are more frustrating than effective. I have the VIP subscription too which quite honestly I never use. Full manual roasting is the way to achieve maximum result
