Great idea but there's some serious bugs. Make sure you double check your letter before sending. It kept replacing my letter with an old draft that had half of what I was trying to write. When I finally got it to send (after the weekend cut off because it took so long for it to work), the address line had changed the format of how I needed the name written. Asked support for help before my letter printed and then got an email saying sorry, it's already printed. Not worth the ~$4/letter.

It was expensive, but I thought it was worth it if he got letters quicker. Save has never been saved, and I have had to rewrite letters twice in the past week. Last letter took several days to be delivered which is not what was advertised. Once my purchase is completed, I am unistalling and never using it again and don't/ won't recommend unless you have more money and time to burn.

This is a shameful app that preys on the vulnerability of military families by charging them ~$5 to send an email. They do not notify you of the cost of a "token" to send a letter until after it has been drafted. My experience has only been communicating with a recruit going through boot camp, so perhaps this app is worth it to those communicating overseas, although this seems doubtful. In my case, a pen /paper seems to be the way to go.

I've had it with this app! if I could give it a -5 I would! can't even get to the part where I complain about paying eight times the standard price to send a letter. I can't even write the damn letter because there's not even an option to save it! You exit the app, you lose the letter and have to start all over again! It's too bad our military heroes can't use the same communication app that our prisoners do! Just save your time and money! Go to the post office!

If you live closer to base than where the letters are printed, handwritten may get there more quickly. It is a bit pricey, but you see the tracking, as well. My son preferred real letters, but these were a nice supplement, and much easier to type a letter than write it. The price also includes a photo/collage for each letter. He did not like the motivational notes, only bc he thought he was getting a letter in each envelope, but it was often those.

It's a great idea. The writing prompts are helpful. Each letter is expensive though. Would like to attach more pictures. There also isn't enough letter space for me. I write long letters. I don't know how to connect with other military girlfriends through the app. The time and date on tracking your letter seems to be off. I would like to know when the recipient has recieved the letter. Buy other than these requests, it's really simple to use.

App itself seems to work fine, but there is no easy way that I can find to keep them from tracking you or selling your activities and info. Also received unwanted marketing text messages with no option to opt out. I am using this app to be able to send letters to relatives in the military, so I kind of feel like they are taking advantage - especially since you do pay for their services.

If you put your phone down for a split second, most everything you wrote will be erased. It has happened to me several times already. I gave 2 stars instead of one because it's a convenient way to send short messages. App sucks. Came back give it 1 star, i hit the save button so i wouldn't lose what i wrote and it kicked me back to the recipient screen. Lost everything. I have 1 letter left then never using this app again. Takes forever for the letters to arrive also 👎

The app keeps glitching. I have to close and reopen several times to create a letter. It will also tell me I have no letters available when I bought a package. I have to try throughout the day to upload a picture. The last letter it wouldn't upload at all . I kept getting an error message. It's very frustrating considering the price of these letters! I don't see where the recruit really gets the letters any faster than regular mail. After I run out of my package, I will not purchase anymore.

Absolutely the easiest way to write a letter. It's just like sending a very long text! You can stop and continue later, whenever you want, and you get to include a picture. The app sends nice alerts so you know the progress of your letter right up to delivery. Also you can check in the app and track it to exactly where it is. You can include gift cards and it puts it right on your credit card. This thing is almost too good!

I would have given 5 stars. It's been really good up until now. an update I guess ruined it. I've been sending lots of letters to my recruit since october. But now It won't let me have access to my photos and camera so I can no longer send my recruit any form of photos. It told me it denied my access. And I've looked in my settings for both phone and app but both have access to each other. Please look into it, so I can send my recruit more photos.

You get an unsolicited SMS that doesn't mention that it is a pay for letter service ($3.99, good value for what you get). You also get a weekly update of their activities. I love the idea, am ok with paying for a service, but it's wrong to do the bait and switch thing, and in the Play Store it doesn't even have the "in-app purchases" badge.

The letter writing is nice & simple. Notification that recruits write back was awesome. I found the "mail delivered!" notifications to be misleading as it is not possible to confirm when any mail is actually placed into the hands of a recruit. That feels like marketing, seems unfair to users. It is extremely frustrating to get a notification about dates of closure, deadlines for delivery, etc. but if you hit the wrong key you can't find that detail again. Repeat notifications are annoying too

This app is absolutely broken. I keep trying to attach my photos, WHICH I PURCHASED, to my letter. I was able to do so in the past without an issue, now I suddenly purchase extra photos now I'm unable to attach them. Total ripoff. And the first letter I sent my husband was lost somewhere even though it said delivered, he received my second letter just fine. I paid 50+ bucks for this service and so far I'm not getting my money's worth. The "Need Help" button doesn't work either!

So far, it's been marginal. I don't really understand the difference between plus and normal and the only difference i could see for "plus" in 12 letters vs buying 20 without it was to include 4 photos instead of just 1. I thought return postage was included with "plus" but then it asked me to pay $1.99 to include return postage 🙄.

The app is supposed to help alleviate stress of reaching your recruits, not add more! It says into your number and you can connect you go to enter the number but yet it won't let you scroll down to press send code, the whole thing is just wonky and a waste of time. extremely unhappy with the app in general. I've been trying to figure out for 4 days, and have yet to get any answers to inquiries.

The concept is great but my last letter sent out 3 times. It keeps freezing up and it won't let me click on the message for support chat to figure out how to get a credit for my 2 letters I had left. I won't add anymore money because I didn't get to use alline because of a glitch that I can't get fixed. Like I said it is a good concept it just has flaws.

My second letter has said sent for 4 days, was supposed to be an overnight. I even paid extra for extra pictures and it isn't showing delivered. So the next day thing isn't guaranteed. Tried to reach costumer service and can't, I get the constant loading circle to send a message or ask a question. Don't recommend spending the extra money to send a letter when you could just use regular mail for much cheaper and actually get it there!

This app seems really nice. My boyfriend told me to get it so he can get letters from me faster. It was taking a long time for my letters to get to him. This app tracks your letter and tracks your recruit's letter response and how long it takes to get to you, which is nice. But, the prices are ridiculous for sending letters. I was very disappointed. It feels like they're trying to take advantage of the families and friends of recruit's.

Wonderful way to get in touch with your SIT. Price is reasonable considering all the work that goes into the process. You can even send pictures! Easy to setup and use. I accidentally backed out at the end of writing my letter, I got scared I had lost everything. It automatically saved, so I didn't have to rewrite it all again, so that's a nice little feature as well. Definitely recommend!
