Forces me to renew subscription even months after I had cancelled it. This is a good app, but do I have my right to cancel the subscription anyhow? Please fix, otherwise until when i need to pay for an app I'm not using?

I purchased it last year. It was the best app. But after expiry I am unable to purchase again. It's been a month but it doesn't accept my debit card. Kindly help me repurchase

I subscribed and 1 account is supposed to be available for 5 persons so we were 4 people using it then suddenly it stopped working for all 3 except me and I can't even add 1 more person to my subscription... What happened to the app?!!

My subscription expired a week ago and I renewed it but yesterday, my app downloaded an upgrade and it again warned me about expired subscription. I had to buy another subscription. Could you please give my money back?

A consistently excellent reference which I use on a regular basis in the emergency department. And I just figured out you can bookmark your favorite pages! This app is worth the yearly fee.

My credit card was charged DURING the trial period, I attempted to cancel for refund, it won't allow me and will not allow me to erase my credit card information to avoid a 2nd year charge! Beware.

I paid for this app in Feb and its may and i cannot access my subscription still. Apps that are less functional than the paper version but charge me yearly (when i can use the book for 2-3 years) are frustrating.

Active spectra table did not format on my Samsung galaxy note 9. Useless. Tech support did not resolve issue. Outa here! Good thing they offered 7 day trial. That's why one star given.

Would agree with the negative comments about not being able to keep using the app after purchase unless you resubscribe each year. Buy the Sanford book - you get to keep it indefinitely, the ink doesn't disappear after a year! Disagree about the app being upto date - clofazimine. Last updated Dec 2021. States 3rd line for MDR when the updated WHO guidelines 2019 state 1st line for short course. Most worrying they don't mention QT prolongation or arrhythmia under adverse effects- v.DANGEROUS!

It's awesome. Used the book for years, this is even better. Searchable, readable. Takes are a little hard to read sure to small screen size, but still great to have at my fingertips.

The go-to reference for infectious diseases management. Would appreciate localized data regarding microbial resistances. EDIT: After latest update (5.0.4) I cannot access random hepatitis/HIV chapters although they are all supposedly included in the new unified Sanford Guide. EDIT2: Updated to 5.0.5 but the issue persisted. After logging out, deleting app data and logging back in full content was downloaded and I managed to successfully access the sampled chapters.

This is best antibiotic app out there it is a must have for every doctor. I started using it when i bacame an intern and ever since i never faced any difficulty with antibiotic dose. Sanford guide is my antibiotic clinical pharmacist. I couldn't figure out how to use my account when i switched from android to iphone but the technical support solved the issue instantly when i contacted them.

It's useful, but there's literally no reason to not allow me to paste my password considering I paid $40 for it. I shouldn't have to type in a long, randomly generated password manually. I've never had an app that prevented this, yet this is the most expensive one I've ever bought by far.

Annoyingly for an app I have used for over 10 years and the books before that it kicked me out of my account with the latest update and I cannot access it even though I have it on autopay. It is still the definitive source for clinical antimicrobial therapy.

1* for price grab. Expensive. Glitchy. Hard to find info compared to other apps. Try to access it and it asks me to log in and then can't find my account. I have been using it for 2ish years now. I was annoyed that they charge a yearly subscription but now that they are jacking the price up from 29.99 to 39.99 I am done. I rarely used it as other sources (medscape, epocrates, uptodate) are easier and faster to use. They are also free or covered by my institution. I used this as a backup source.

I have used the app since it first came out. The last update has really caused some problems. It takes too long to open, sometimes opens after I have given up and am using another ap, and sometimes simply does not open at all. It has made using it much less pleasant. The issue has been resolved

Nice condense antibiotic source. Older versions of the software allowed you to keep older data on your phone (when your annual subscription ran out). I would usually renew every other year . The new version seems to remove the data once the subscription lapses. Great if this could be fixed.

Absolutely essentially for my practice. The HIV sections are a great resource for my practice, which includes a sizable number of patients living with HIV. The app. Is easy to use, full of information for all commonly encountered pathogens, always up to date, and even pleasing to the eye. A great step forward from the tiny little book I always had in my pocket.

I'm a geberal practitioner and I've been using this app for over 5 years now. It's one of my most useful tools and i find it easy to use and very complete. My only complaint with the app itself is the lack of a dark mode. My only complaint with the service is the lack of an option for by month subscriptions. The yearly subscription is not expensive if you take into account the price per month, but for physicians or students from low income countries, the one time down payment can be steep.

The information is incredibly helpful and I rely on it daily. The only issue is that phone app is difficult to operate at times, ie when using the antibiotic spectra legend (lloooove!) it is hard to scroll, and if you want to "remove all" you always have to scroll to the bottom. The font size is also large so it requires lots of scrolling to figure out where you are at on the page. I'm sure a the purchase of the desktop app would solve those problems
