Confusing

Works on my wife’s apple phone, crashes on Android. Galaxy S22, last updated March 9th. So frustrating. Where do I ask for a refund?

Completely broken. The latest update lost all my info. I can’t stay logged in. It’s useless. Wish I could get a refund. I don’t think they even tested this.

I saw all the negative reviews and was hesitant to download. It worked fine. I’ve only gone to 2 places so far but everything worked well and I haven’t had any issues.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This new app lost all of our history. Totally sucks. The last version fine, why did they change it?

Qr codes are old. Support number doesn’t work. Save $ and stress. just use the physical book.

I loaded into a “get started” screen telling me to hit next, but the option doesn’t exist. Waste of $3.

I would recommend the booklet from the Visitors’ Center. When I hit the scan QR code, all I got was a blank screen. I did all the trouble-shooting steps I’m used to doing as an ex data-analyst, and nothing worked.

I’ve downloaded both the paid and free versions of this app. They both ask for a user name and password. Fine. The app then tells me to upload a profile picture but then doesn’t allow me to do so. Nor will it let me move forward. THESE APPS SUCK!!!!@@@
