I brought a book, download the app and can't get access to book context although I have code. No response from support staff.

I bought the on line practice questions yesterday but it was deleted today being 5/10/19 by my little son unknowingly. I have been trying to download back but to no avail. please can you lend me a helping hand. thanks Agunanne I have been trying to contact the customer service but no one is answering the phone. in fact I am upset.

I bought the book, but with using app its says I have to buy it again threw the app now. When I bought the book from Barnes & Nobles they said I can use the app with it but it's not letting me so I'm very disappointed about this. Can you please fix this or tell me how to do it.

Edited: I love the books I purchased from them and the app is very similar I understand the app isn't included in the purchase but I really wish it was.

I personally love the app. Only thing I dislike is the math portion. I type in the correct answer, yet it's marked wrong for whatever reason. Other than that, it's an amazing test prep app.

I love the app. Super helpful the only thing I do not like is that I cannot sync my book. I think if I already paid for the book I should be able to use the app. Just a thought

I emailed them for a refund and they never responded. Not satisfied at all! Edit. I emailed them twice & still no response so definitely won't be using this app again.

I bought this book in store but I dont like the fact that now I have to pay for the App. If you purchased this book you shouldn't have to pay for the app thats just like the book... Very Upset

Pretty good. I wish there was a way I could link the app with my account since I do have a book and online access to th questions. Also with I could answer all categories as well.

Great way to study on the go. Life saver and it has great rational with strategy tips. It's worth it. I am taking my exam in few weeks so I hope i pass.

I have the book and this app. The app breaks it all down and seems less overwhelming. I have been on this app more than the book, its probably due to one less nursing book to carry.

i am having serious issues with the select all that apply question. they keep showing as wtong, even when i have the answer right. i actually purchased the app as well. i am not happy with this.

I'm rating it a 4 because I haven't purchased the full online version yet. I did a few sample questions and I'm hooked.. I have the book but that book is so heavy and clunky so I'm thinking about purchasing the online version and studying for 2 months. I'm a repeat test taker this will be my third attempt. Uworld and Kaplan didn't work for me. I guess I need CONTENT in my life..Praying that this will be the miracle that I need to walk into 2021 a LPN.

FRUSTRATING I just got my saunders book in the mail. I bought the text book which is the exact color , name and 7th edition as this one in the app. I downloaded this same app just as the same book I purchased and I'm redirected to purchase the book all over again inorder to use this app. These are very difficult times financially for my family and I. I sacrifice to buy this book and now I'm supposed to purchase this same app again. For this reason I'm very upset and frustrated.

When I was able to access the full version of the app it was definitely a great tool to study from. Now I'm unable to access and I paid for the yearly subscription and it's only allowing me to access the free version. I still have until February 2024. Is there a customer service number that I can call?

I should probably say that you should get the app instead of the book because the app contains about 4,000 more practice questions and the whole book in the app. I wish someone had told me before I purchased both. But now I have both. (: & I believe the app is also something you can keep forever.

Not sure why this app won't work anymore. Everytime I try to open it I get an error message stating "this app can't open because it has a bug. Try opening it when the developer creates a fix for this problem." I've paid to have the full access, premium app and now can't use it. Please fix.

I've been using the app fully for about 2 weeks to help study for the NCLEX. Of all the different apps to help with the NCLEX, I found this one to be the most affordable for the full version and also the easiest to study with. It keeps my attention and I learn so much better with reading the rationales. Update: changed to 5 stars, passed the nclex on the first attempt!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! There is nothing FREE about this! You can use/see about 1/3 of all of the possible content. Seriously, if you open the Main Contents page, you will see lock, open, lock, lock, open, lock, etc. What is the point? I mean, some people are quite willing to PURCHASE an app. So, IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE MONEY, then SAY SO! But don't LIE to people! I was actually interested in purchasing an app that would help me with the NCLEX-PN exam. This is NOT the one I will buy. It's trickery.

I purchased the subscription and went to use it and it kept coming up with an error message saying the app quit working. I just subscribed yesterday and it gave me the error many times after the purchase. I requested a refund within 20 minutes of my purchase and was denied the refund. I can't even use it. Stay far away from this app unless you want to waste $28!
