I brought a book, download the app and can't get access to book context although I have code. No response from support staff.

I bought the on line practice questions yesterday but it was deleted today being 5/10/19 by my little son unknowingly. I have been trying to download back but to no avail. please can you lend me a helping hand. thanks Agunanne I have been trying to contact the customer service but no one is answering the phone. in fact I am upset.

I bought the book, but with using app its says I have to buy it again threw the app now. When I bought the book from Barnes & Nobles they said I can use the app with it but it's not letting me so I'm very disappointed about this. Can you please fix this or tell me how to do it.

Edited: I love the books I purchased from them and the app is very similar I understand the app isn't included in the purchase but I really wish it was.

I personally love the app. Only thing I dislike is the math portion. I type in the correct answer, yet it's marked wrong for whatever reason. Other than that, it's an amazing test prep app.

I love the app. Super helpful the only thing I do not like is that I cannot sync my book. I think if I already paid for the book I should be able to use the app. Just a thought

I emailed them for a refund and they never responded. Not satisfied at all! Edit. I emailed them twice & still no response so definitely won't be using this app again.

I bought this book in store but I dont like the fact that now I have to pay for the App. If you purchased this book you shouldn't have to pay for the app thats just like the book... Very Upset

Pretty good. I wish there was a way I could link the app with my account since I do have a book and online access to th questions. Also with I could answer all categories as well.

Great way to study on the go. Life saver and it has great rational with strategy tips. It's worth it. I am taking my exam in few weeks so I hope i pass.
