Been using Saunders Comp Review NCLEX RN for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you prepare for the NCLEX-RN exam with tons of practice questions and study materials. Pretty solid if you’re trying to pass the NCLEX.
Here’s what you can do – there’s over 5700 practice questions, all written to test the clinical judgment skills you’ll need on the real exam. It’s got alternate item formats too, not just basic multiple choice. And the explanations for each answer are super detailed, so you really understand why the right answer is correct. Took me a while to get through all the content but it’s been super helpful.
Look, if you’re studying for the NCLEX, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the interface could be a bit more user-friendly – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially since there’s a free version you can try first.

So here's my honest take on Saunders Comp Review NCLEX RN. I've tested a bunch of NCLEX prep apps and this one's definitely one of the more comprehensive ones. The huge question bank is a huge plus, and the detailed rationales really help you understand the material. It's not the most polished app out there, but the content quality makes up for it. If you're serious about passing the NCLEX, I'd say this is a pretty solid choice.
