very friendly people that work there, store always in tip top shape and neatly organized! I can always find what I'm looking for! great store for pueblo!

one of the easiest app I've ever used. easy to understand, easy to follow, easy to use. I also appreciate the rewards that you can get from Save-A-Lot. that is also easy to use as are the coupons. thank you Save-A-Lot

employees are awesome down to earth and great service, also prices are actually affordable and have been the same for years... also the app offers points to redeem free stuff with shopping points.... great place!!!

rude workers and customers. I never got my discount for the coupons I snipped from the app. the cashier next to me was playing rap music with the f-bomb blasting. there were kids in there too. I got home and I couldn't even read my receipt because the Ink needed to be replaced. this was the store on Manhattan in Toledo. I'll never go in there again.

I love everything about Save a Lot. The fantastic employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are lower than anywhere else in the county. I go there at least once a week to stock up on meals usually after the ad breaks because when they run out, then they are out.

I began signing up in the app, but stopped when I saw that it wants your WHOLE birthdate: not just the year, but Month, Day & Year. Given that Save A Lot is NOT the government, my doctor or my pharmacy, this is TOO MUCH information to have on me or on anyone!! I sent an email to the address listed in Google Play Store, to protest this requirement, but it came back "Undeliverable." Hmmm . . . how convenient. So, it looks like they don't even provide customer service pertaining to the app! 🥴

Just in process of signing up for the app and it requests a review of the app before I can complete signing up for it??? How could I possibly give an honest positive rating??? I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SEE/USE THE AP YET !!! I like shopping @ Sav-a-lot for good values normally & hope this app is positive & useful. We'll see. (Then maybe I can give a positive review!).

I love Save A Lot as well as the app, but we should be able to scan products and see the price as well, instead of just showing the products photo, which is pointless.

Almost every time I go shopping there, I put in my phone # & it never works & I don't get any discounts. Really frustrated with it. It always seems to happen when there's a long line behind me & only 1 register open. Why bother?

Save A Lot is a great chain of discount grocery stores. mostly they have their own store brand of most things. sometimes they carry national brands of some things like Heinz ketchup, Hellmans mayonnaise, cereals. Fresh meat, dairy, and fresh produce are very good also. Also have jarred, canned and frozen veggies, meat, pizza, tater tots, chicken nuggets, etc. The only thing I tried and didn't like was canned refried beans, and that was many years ago.

What is the point of having an app where you can search for products if every single product requires you to visit the store for the price of the item? This is such a a basic feature and I am actually completely flabbergasted that it's missing.

this is the most horrible supermarket they will not match prices of Price chopper across the street which is 3 times less than the store Save-A-Lot I went in the store to buy some items and it turned out they were out of them even though the items were on sale and it was only the second day of the sale so I asked if I could substitute the Pepsi which I did not realize was on sale the next week but when I noticed I asked if I could substitute it for a dollar off but they said now this story is ab

Almost completely useless if it wasn't for being able to sign up for the "rewards" section, and they and I both use that term rewards loosely. After hundreds of dollars spent I can redeem my rewards for 1 whole box of mac and cheese. My local rural store is so rural that they don't even bother to provide access to their weekly sales ad, it just says to "check in store." And almost all of the coupons they provide are for name-brand things I've never seen for sale at my local store.

Absolutely worthless. Says I have no stores in my area when I have one I can walk to. All items I look for say see in store for pricing which is the reason i download app. Waste of time. Won't give me a weekly ad without store selected. I tried the app because their trash website was doing the same thing, every time I selected a store the page went back to default, like I chose nothing at all. Let me reiterate, WASTE OF TIME. Now I'll waste more time to go in store to find out it's not on sale.

internet coverage in my local store is spotty at best. in times past the cashier would scan the coupon in the drawer when you show that the app doesn't work. was told today that sav-a-lot was purchased by another company and they no longer do that. I decided to not purchase the items that the app had coupons for. I dont recall sav-a-lot being sold/merged since last week, so it kinda feels like Sara was making it up as she went along.

This app is useless. It won't show you any weekly ads until you pick a favorite store. I live a mile from a Save a Lot, but the app didn't seem to know it was there. Instead, it wanted me to add a store 30 miles away as my favorite. I ended up driving three miles to the next-closest grocery store--a Kroger. This app is just a waste of storage space

supposed to get discounts and specials just by registering and at the store enter your phone number linked to the account. sounds easy but who knew you had to check to see if the item was discounted or the price adjusted when the item was purchased. Today they offered a free dozen eggs with a $75 purchase. I spent $185 and that includes the eggs which were not free. They charged $5.49 for them

Takes over 5 minutes to send SMS, App doesn't continue where you can enter it. No email option, poor design looks like it came from India. Update: The app doesn't apply coupons when you enter your phone number at the register. This is the worst design I've seen in many years. "Exclusive discount only available in the app" means just that. it doesn't apply in the store because they also have screwed up the linking. Perhaps they can consult with Dollar General on how to make this work.

Has coupons, but about half of the items do not have pictures, which sometimes makes it difficult to make sure you are adding the correct one to your list. I feel like that is an inconvenience, but my biggest issue with the app is that there are no prices on the items, even though I have my store set. Having the pricing is a big plus in knowing a good estimate before you head to the checkout. I really miss that feature on this app.

Decent brands with decent prices. their rewards program is broken. Has been for months now. I do not accrue points/dots. I have an active account and at the register, it always says unsuccessful when I enter my number. I can never use any digital coupons. Employees are aware and supposedly management knows also. Yet nothing has changed. No information online.
