Great app. Clear and easy to use. Personalized messages

I believe this is a decent app but I was not able to find a match. The matchmaker said I could ask for a refund but haven't heard nothing.

this app is the absolute worst of the worst not user friendly at all one star is being generous. The site is run by dregs of the frum world do not consider this App. There are better ways to meet people than from this company. Don't even consider them you will be thankful.

I attempted to contact the developer. The email address is wrong. I have no way to recover my password.

it does not show the matches, I have to log in a separate site to see m y matches..

It's looks like a good app But I logged out and I don't remember my password so I don't have a way to reset the password

I don't have a premium account, and so far, I have had zero activity. Why is it even an option if the free version is essentially useless?

Failed to impress me. Another 30 minute form with very intimate details about family history parents and grandparents. This profile questionnaire is an attempt to qualify your Judaism. And the prospect of a matchmaker finding a match. Data could be obtained AFTER INITIAL profile setup. I will discuss with IT department. Next, there is a list of matchmaker names. App requires to upgrade membership $24.99. Before downloading, display costs and throughout setup! Waste if my energy and time.

Ever since the latest update the UI has been especially terrible. Everything is Tiny. Pictures are tiny. The landing page is now a notifications section. Who wants that when they load an app? Just extremely clunky

This website is very intrusive. They wanted me to produce my divorce papers and would not let me sign up without it. Some of the questions were also too invasion. Very discomforting... I do not recommend at all!

To me, this site was more intimate. Meaning that the Match Makers paired you with one possible match. Then if both parties decided to go forward, the parties are then allowed to speak freely to each other.

Good app, worth the money. Matchmakers work hard on matching you with someone that you will actually connect with, it's a quality over quantity type of thing.

Very well designed system to find matches with high potential, and avoid ones with low potential. Huge database, no better way to find a good match of someone who may not live near you but shares so much in common and is ready to get married.

I will comment that the continued use and function of the app, while limited, is very good. The app is basic: check new matches, accept/decline matches, and chat with matchmakers. The mobile website provides full functionality and access.

The app needs a major UI (user interface) overhaul. It's a bit quicker now, but is still generally slow and sluggish compared to other apps. It has a very old design. It needs a fresh, modern look and it needs faster response times. Come on guys, update the app for 2025!

Can't log in & out with saved password; having a similar issue with the website recognizing my saved/auto-fill password. The notification feature is well designed/operational.

Began to create my profile, user name, email and password it took it. Tried to log in and says not valid, however when I try and redo registration it says email exists already. So try to login and it says I need to finish my profile but I cannot without logging in.

Pretty good site once your accustomed to it, you can build a good personal relationships with the matchmaker, and get personalized matches. The minus 1 star for limitations behind pay wall, and really needing to go through some tedious filling out information at first but the pay off is pretty good allowing the matchmaker to know u better and what your looking for.

Background login has pictures, I will rather to have a clean background instead multiple pictures. When you login you have to select if you are a member or matchmaker the system should detect it automatically when you log into the system. When you edit information using the app the box does not expand.
