Fantastic app! Perfect for anyone who's a nerd and wants access to all that geeky low level data Tesla doesn't let you normally see. Only thing I'd like to see is some more cell detail for the Model 3/Y like it does for the S/X but maybe that data isn't available on the bus.
I haven't be able to test it. The suggested company from the app, for the cable and OBD E-mobility from Germany, sent me the buddle and it's not working. Also they don't answer my emails and their gone silent. Better go for the expensive OBD, because theirs, quality and client response match their price. Low.
this app is amazing! I am still working out which signals to use most on a daily basis. I would also highly recommend the MX+ Bluetooth module. Thanks for making the detailed data and functions available to be seen!
I purchased the "bundle" in January 2022 for my M3 LR 2021. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and the operation of the dongle/app. I use the app mostly to get a better picture of battery performance and health. It provides all that information very well. I had one question for the developer. Do you know if the Nominal Full Pack M3 is calculated by the BMS similar to Model S and X? How accurate is this calculation? The reason I ask is to estimate battery degradation. Thank you for any help.
This app would benefit from a small change. After much work configuring s reens, it us easy to accidently make a change on the touch screen of a well used phone. I propose a screen configuration lock setting. Do it and I will give you an extra gold star. Love the app.
1000% sure what is reported as 'battery voltage' is actually the 'voltage as measured by the inverter'. The voltage drop during punch outs is massive. I love the app and have no qualms toward it. For what it is worth: My OBDLink LX would drop out, but the OBDLink MX+ worked for a 100 mile trip with no-issue. If your review mentions Bluetooth issues and you didn't try a different adapter, you are helping no one...
Great app overall when its working. Still living with bluetooth connection issues. I lose the connection often if I reload the app and won't get it back until I unplug the adapter. Didn't offer any real solution. Until then I will not give my 5 stars. Update: Almost a year and nothing have been fixed. Wasted my money.
UPDATE: App works well with ELM327 over Bluetooth. Should have more features like clearing f107 similar to toolbox. 4 stars as WiFi still doesn't work to my knowledge Mentions WiFi adapter compatibility on the site, but no WiFi settings connect in app. Can't even get a refund
I paid money buying this application, but I never saw the power of Tesla 3 (there is simply no such value here), although your official website says that I will see the power and torque of the motor. and besides this, about 5 parameters show complete nonsense, random assignments that change every time after connection.
Excellent tool to look at the CAN bus of your Tesla S/X. Allows you to customize tabs and record data as CSV files. Connects wirelessly to the car but you need to get a physical adapter and OBD Bluetooth transmitter. I'm using it almost all the time to monitor battery health and other things.
