Junk! Was so excited to get their top of the line lock and use it. All connectivity fails, wifi and Bluetooth. Restarted several times, no progress, no options, no avenues to make it work. Phone within 1 foot of lock, wifi within 30 feet of lock. All other devices connect fine, but not this one. Wasted hours of my time, how does this happen in today's environment. Will never buy A Schlage product again.

The app is very frustrating because the settings do not work. Specifically, the push notifications do not turn off despite changing the settings. I have changed the lock/unlock notification off many many times and despite having it off, I get push notifications each time the lock is used. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating it, and no matter what, I still get push notifications.

The app itself works okay on its own however, since the most recent update, it no longer consistently works with Google home. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. This is very disappointing as I have used it for the last couple of years with my locks and have had no issue. Please fix this last update debacle!

Installation was straightforward and the instructions were clear and well written. Operation is reliable as long as the batteries are kept charged. I purchased 3 units and one failed after a few months. First, the batteries discharged in a matter of hours. Then the discharging stopped but neither the keypad nor the app would operate the mechanism. I've not yet contacted Schlage but that's on the to-do list.

I've been using the app for years and for some reason it's unusable. Nothing works anymore. It just spins trying to connect. Ive reset everything. It works when I'm at the unit but when I leave I can no longer update codes or locks. I manage rentals which means I can't service my guests and give them access. Please fix this issue it's been months!!!

App functionality works well. The set up, not so much. I got to step 1, on Samsung Galaxy, and no button to continue, could not scroll or resize. I had to install on tablet to see buttons. If you sign out, you don't get notifications, you must just close app, but stay signed in. You have no password protection when you do that. Update: No notifications when the device screen is off. When the screen is turned on only get visual, no sound.

I have had 6 of these locks and they all worked well at first. It looks like they did a firmware update this year that has screwed up many people's locks. Schlage has not addressed the issue. The locks don't remotely connect anymore. I've followed all the directions, videos, etc., and nothing works. I've even replaced the Wi-Fi adapter twice, factory reset everything about 30 times (really), and NADA! ! I went from 4 stars to 1. I guess Schlage thinks they need to sell more locks? Not from me!

This is truly the worst app that I've had to deal with. I'm forced to use this lock because I'm renting and it's provided. If you have a choice, don't use this terrible lock and app. My wifi suddenly disconnected and I've spent over 30 minutes, straight, trying to reconnect it. I can't update the firmware because the Wi-Fi won't reconnect. Terrible product!

This is a result of the recent update. They really screwed the pooch and made it difficult to navigate and the icon is small compare to what it was before. The old style had a nice large icon that you could tell if your house was locked or unlocked. The new icon is so small and was difficult to tell because of how it looked. Also, before it was easy to update the status. Now you need to navigate to get to the area to update the status of the lock. You guys really need to Beta test first.

App was working fine until recently. It's constantly logging me out of my account, typically when I'm in the middle of adding a new user. Wh n I sign back in, the temporary access option doesn't work correctly (doesn't let me choose the date), so then I have to log out again. Getting frustrating having this happen multiple times in a day. I have changed nothing on my end e.g. integration with another platform.
