Sometimes long wait or unable to connect to a lock seconds after connection to another one worked.

I have this app on my phone for work. It's slow to engage but it does work eventually. Can this app be to my desktop to open doors for visitors?

I've tried to install this app 2 or 3 times and it won't open after I "accept" the terms. It just closes. Insanity

I have galaxy note S24. The app has absolutely refused to open up. It opens up and shutdown immediately

Tried on multiple occasions to install this app but the app continues to crash without opening. Works perfectly fine on housemate's iPhone. Not even able to unlock my own building door.

For some strange reason, I'm not receiving sms for downloading the app. I have to use a whole different number to get access to my lock. I also do not have their number blocked. In addition, connection to the door bell via app is bad and many times not connect

It's a terrible idea for a dog park. It's frustrating trying to handle dogs and use a cell phone to open a gate. Key fobs are much easier.

The latest update has totally screwed up all the locks I had access to, bravo Schlage. Back to rock the archaic fob that isn't convenient to use.

Update 5/1/22: App was updated and I no longer have the access I previously had to our laundry room. This app is incredibly unreliable. March 2022: Not able to access due to issue with credential. Can't believe this is the reason I can't do laundry right now. Update: Fixed

App not starting. Once installed on Android and you tap to start it, it pops up for very short while and then closes. I could not use the app.

I love this app. It makes me feel safe and secure. I highly recommend this app to anyone who has the Schlage Lock. The locks are beyond excellent. UPDATE: My husband and I were out shopping, I forgot to lock the door. We were approximately 20 miles away. I was able to lock the door with no problem. My husband forgot the Schlage Lock app could remotely lock the doors. My husband is 🙂 We love this lock and app. My son purchased the same Lock, he enjoys the Schlage Lock App as well. Thanks again

This app is trash after the update. Same experience as others. It no longer finds the door lock, it states the lock is not in range even though my phone is right next to the lock. Please fix the

This concept would be great if it didn't take 30-60 seconds to unlock my front door. I'm not sure if that's the norm or if there's something wrong with my lock or connection. It's really frustrating just standing outside my door with groceries/dogs/kids waiting for my phone to connect.

Your lock app has proven itself to be consistently reliable at HNL Airport. I haven't had a single issue. A smartwatch app would be a game-changing addition, allowing for quick, hands-free access. Given that Master Lock—also in use at HNL—offers such an app, there's a clear demand and precedent for this feature. Please consider this request.

not opening the door just a red light. it says access granted on app and nothing happens. now after 2 more hours it says access denied. apparently it wont let me in my front door. very secure. a lot of cool features that dont work

Poorly designed app. Even after getting a link, using link to install app, opening the app gets immediate credential issues. Second phone and it's the second similar problem. Doesn't seem like they test their software properly on Android. Don't have logs to send, don't have anything useful to help you with when you contact them.

The app is occasionally slow, albeit still functional. The biggest issue is the poor choice by the app engineers to make every lock in an apartment complex visible with no way to favorite only the lock/locks you care about. Also, the locks will appear in a random order every time you use the app. It's maddeningly bad design.

After the recent update, I am no longer able to use this app. It says no device in range found. I have uninstalled and installed. It's been working for a year with no problem I have a Samsung S10 Galaxy Note. Another coworker has an Android and had no problem. His is on version 11, mine is version 12 grrrrrrrr HELP please!

I'm being forced to use this on my personal phone as a Bluetooth key to get into work at HNL airport, which I don't think is even legal?? Update: App works fine when it works, but locks have to constantly be re-synced due to access issues which is almost every single day at the airport because so many people are using it. The FAA really screwed this one up.

3 stars: Dev team = responsive & helpful (5 stars) App = unreliable (1 star) (Prev review 1 star due to app crashing) Responsiveness: Left 1st review at the same time I emailed the available contact email, hoping at least 1 method would be speedy. Email was! I got a response by the next day. Team was very helpful & worked hard to find a solution. Solution: iOS app was ok when droids crashed. Android app became functional before reason for crash ID'd. Suspicious of stability.
