Sometimes long wait or unable to connect to a lock seconds after connection to another one worked.

I have this app on my phone for work. It's slow to engage but it does work eventually. Can this app be to my desktop to open doors for visitors?

I've tried to install this app 2 or 3 times and it won't open after I "accept" the terms. It just closes. Insanity

I have galaxy note S24. The app has absolutely refused to open up. It opens up and shutdown immediately

Tried on multiple occasions to install this app but the app continues to crash without opening. Works perfectly fine on housemate's iPhone. Not even able to unlock my own building door.

For some strange reason, I'm not receiving sms for downloading the app. I have to use a whole different number to get access to my lock. I also do not have their number blocked. In addition, connection to the door bell via app is bad and many times not connect

It's a terrible idea for a dog park. It's frustrating trying to handle dogs and use a cell phone to open a gate. Key fobs are much easier.

The latest update has totally screwed up all the locks I had access to, bravo Schlage. Back to rock the archaic fob that isn't convenient to use.

Update 5/1/22: App was updated and I no longer have the access I previously had to our laundry room. This app is incredibly unreliable. March 2022: Not able to access due to issue with credential. Can't believe this is the reason I can't do laundry right now. Update: Fixed

App not starting. Once installed on Android and you tap to start it, it pops up for very short while and then closes. I could not use the app.
