App works as a decent training tool, problem is it won't sync my data correctly so a bunch of my videos that I've completed done show as such.

I don't really understand how the app works, There is not a single course in the library. However, if I go to the website on my computer I can find all the different courses they offer. I think the app and the concept is a great idea, but it doesn't work quite well.

Customer and Technical Support is no help at all need to improve customer support immediately to improve writing other than that the app is very helpful training you to prepare for the position or career you're attending

Frusted with school as a whole. Not just the app. Its not easy to use and they make it impossible to contact help. I would literally give it negative stars if I could

Great work Dev team. Please is there a way to stop auto rotate (or a toggle to turn on and off), it's very distracting and uncomfortable

Literally the video plays, pauses the video then plays audio, then flat out kills the video so you cant advance to the next part.

The app will not download to my phone. Keeps saying pending not installing. After 15 minutes gave up. Hopefully i can download it on my computer as I have two training lessons I have to complete before returning to work.

When taking test, it will allow you to review your answers before you submit them, but will not allow you to change them, so you have to start tests again from beginning. On two step test, there are times that the first part of the test wont load at all.

when functioning properly, its great. but same as other users it started with not wanting to open courses. now it says either i havent taken a course which i have or that i made an 83% when i know i made a 100%. just frustrating.

Poorly designed, doesn't recognize when you've completed courses, buttons that go nowhere. It's frustrating and a waste of time. I can't imagine the desktop version is much better

Horrible!! My when entire group of coworkers are complaining about this system. Impossible to sign in. NO help desk with a live person, only email. When I finally did get an account set up, it's blank. I hope my company didn't pay too much for this program. It's horrible.

Weak. Dev is taking forever and making no real progress. This has the potential to be a very useful tool for employees to further their knowledge and open doors of opportunities that allow for success within the organization. You can do better. If you're gonna do it, do it right and make it good. Don't release garbage and expect people to stick with it till your developers can figure out how to actually build a profecient, effective, easy to use, robust and broadly scaled app to rival any other

This is a training app is only geared to teach you how navigate the Hot Schedules application. The training slides are singularily outlined for PC usage only. Not mobile devices. To navigate to training videos, click the drop down columns under your profile then select my courses to uncover slides.

This app keeps crashing. Videos keep freezing and rewinding! Why a business would inconvenience their future employees by using this is ridiculous! It's taken me a day to get half way though a 3 minute video! I have to watch 12 of them! This makes me want to apply somewhere else! Very frustrating!

Won't open any course for me just keeps looping back to the screen with team member names. Hit start back to screen with team member names. Tried to contact support but it wouldn't send when I hit send on the message box.. please help. I can't get my training done. app and website, both are full of dead ends where, while doing a lesson, screens white out, bottom-right checkmark buttons never become clickable. Nothing runs smoothly, the system seems dated and is arduous to use. layout and formatting are nice. If Devs would get the basic follow through of the lessons dialed in, it would be a four or five star app. Get it together.

Excellent Learning Management Tool! Schoox Classic is an outstanding app for managing online courses and training programs. The interface is user-friendly, and navigation is seamless. I love how I can easily access course materials, track progress, and engage with instructors. I've seen significant improvement in my skills and knowledge since using the app. I highly recommend Schoox Classic to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient learning management system. Schoox is used by Cracker Barrel (and other businesses???) as a way to supplement employee training, and for that it's a good thing. It can be a bit confusing to use at times, however, though that could just be the way the Barrel utilizes it, too. Overall I remain neutral on its presentation and functionality. If your employer uses it, you basically "get what you get," so what more can you say about it? On a pass/fail scale, it passes, I suppose...

can't login does not recognize me . support team can't help they just do basic nothing. I have seen some people have successfully outcomes they have iPhone. does the app hate android phones

Honest Aspie Review: I was going to put 5 stars but thought about it that there are some minor glitches that could use debugging. However I will rate it 4 stars because it loads quickly even when service sucks, it's a lightweight app (I'm required to have it for my job) biometrics needs a bit of updating as it refuses to recognize me sometimes. Asking for pin login or face verify to login. or just no nothing login as it's a school app and data doesn't need to be as secure as requiring biometrics
