Out of all the apps I've used to make a little extra cash this is the only one I've made the most money only thing Ive been having problems with is cashing out when it's $25 and up it tells me "balance double verification" the first time it happened to me it was fixed in a few minutes but today it's taking longer then the first time. I do recommend this app but just be prepared to wait for your money if it's over $25 because they definitely make you wait and it gets annoying.

updated to 1 star. I have had multiple issues within the last 3 weeks and got one email after my review saying I had to wait 8 days but it's going on 3 weeks with nothing resolved. do not depend on this app to do what it says it will do I was loving this all until about 2 weeks ago. I did offers and never received the credits. I have submitted a couple "tickets" however it's been over 8 days and haven't received one response.

I spent over a week and close to a $50 bucks to complete the milestones for "Animals & Coins" all to not even be awarded the points I earned. I've emailed them, submitted tickets, and not even a slight response. now the game isn't even available to earn milestones for. so I doubt I'll ever see the ($8). it may not seem like a bunch but when it took me close to 2nweeks and around $40 to get. it's a big thing to not get awarded for it. this app sucks

Tracking not always accurate, but I have cashed out $20 in Amazon gift cards already and just downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago. Cash outs were instant. Currently have a ticket out for a $10 reward on one game. I use a lot of these apps and so far this is one of the best I've found. edit: keeping at 4 stars. Was told due to tracking issues I can't get the $10 reward, but they at least gave me $5 of it to make up for it.

App is ok. Issue I had after withdrawing $10 to my PayPal account, the money never showed up. That was the first issue. the second issue was the back and forth emails trying to figure out what happened to the $10. Never did get a result other than $5. The latest issue is I downloaded a game from the Scrambly app. Reached level 30 only to have an error message tell me that the app doesn't exist. I'll give it a few days. See what happens. Otherwise will uninstall the Scrambly app.

They use an overly complicated process to pay out. This is how they can get away with ripping you off. They only got me for several hours of my time and $5, but don't expect to get any payouts after your first payout. They will blame everyone else in the payment process other than themselves, including accusing you of not knowing/changing your email that was never changed from the first payout. Customer service is nothing but canned responses.

everything was going well at first, but it stopped tracking my progress when it got to level 30 in a game. without knowing, I continued playing until I reached 2 other milestones and it tracked none of it! so Infuriating! Edit: Friday August 16 2025. I still didn't get my points for level 40! it was 1,000 points all lost. And when I got to level 115 for 2000 points it didn't track that either. you guys want people to play games so badly your not even tracking big milestones.

Horrible!!! This app doesn't award you for reaching milestones!!! Every blue moon it does but I have had nothing but hell the last few weeks!!!! Begging for my money that I worked hard to get! Do not waste your time with them, their customer service is terrible and doesn't care whether or not if you get upset! I'm owed at least $20 not just from missing rewards but from contests I tried to win and did not application didn't show it!!!

A few months ago I started getting alerts that I was playing games I wasn't playing and someone was cashing out with an email that wasn't mine. I contacted customer service right away, and they told me the issue was resolved. I just tried to log in, and was informed that my account was suspended and all of my earnings are gone. To say I am unimpressed is an understatement. Apparently they have terrible app security...which makes you hesitant to trust putting your info on it.

3 stars because it's a legit app with quick withdrawals, but support is not great. Had an issue with not receiving $30 for finishing a task. Gave it a couple of days to be sure it wouldn't just trigger late. It never showed up so I put a ticket in with support. It took about a week to hear back initially. We exchanged messages over the next few days. In the end, they "compensated" me half. I asked them why not the full amount, but they ignored this request and quit communicating.

this app is indeed one of very few that I have actually been able to cash out on so I have really been trying to give it a chance. however I have been having ongoing, repeating problems with game progress being tracked and also not receiving the earned rewards.i have contacted customer support several times and have two games that I have passed two milestones on but have not received anything.

This is really slick. The more you play these games the longer it takes to reach the goals. At first it was at a normal place but now it's 2 spaces every level. Here's the thing, YOUR PAY, from us watching these ads never slows down. Do you really think that's fair to people that trust you? Plus the ads about how you operate is false advertising at its worst! Meaning you lie about the payouts and how easy it is to make even $5...but yet, we're helping you make your money.

made $400 in 4 months, let that sink in for a app that lets you play games and pays you. but it will get harder as "Tracking issues" become rampant all of sudden you're at 50% milestone & nope, not a reward given, then they take days for reimbursement. other than that it's a great app. pays well. Edit: on the note of no rewards I believe it's a scheme to not pay people, as the tracking issues started after I made around $40 and games have less pay. Edit: it's nothing here anymore

very limiting, I have completed all the offers I could over the last 6 months. the only thing left available is 6 games, 7 finance, 4 services. which I have already played/used in the past yet I'm constantly getting notifications to come earn more just to open the app and see nothing new has been added.... It has been like this for the last 2 months at least. cashout is easy and very quick but I have already had like 5 times where it froze account until I messaged them as the pop up requested..

I like it for the most part, but theres still a lot of bugs. Firstly, they put offers up then 5 minutes later it vanishes. Ive been burned a couple times. I start it, and sign up for the site and then its gone and when it does come back I'm no longer able to particpate because I'm obviously not a first-time customer anymore. Plus, aupport takes forever. 3 weeks to get back to me, just to request more info and havent replied since. Its been a month and a half, no resolve. So disappointing.

I made a purchase in a game, which the item coat $4.99 plus tax. With a boost i was suppose to get $6.00 credit. I emailed support, and it took almost 5 days, fine. Then suppose said, I didn't spend $5. Ok we the item I was to purchase was $4.99. That's misrepresentation! If I was suppose to spend $5, pre tax, then Scrambly should say "Spend $5, not but this item".

I made some $ on this app, hence the 2 stars. I started a game with the intention of getting to a level 100 goal because it had goals up to 200 and I got to level 99 and was not able to get to 100 in time and I think that's bad business that they give you time limits with obvious impossible goals. I have played other apps like this and this one has paid the least and I feel like I lost more time than other apps like it.

I read a lot of negative reviews on here after using this for a bit. I hadn't had any bad exp. myself. That is until I just got an email saying that even though I did 2 tasks on Ceasar's Slots while I had 50% boost for 24 hours, because of the 12 hour delay on prizes being credited for that particular game, and the credits hit after the boost ended, I don't get the boost credit as well. Told it's not possible currently regrettably. Yeah ok. Going back to Freecash.

I absolutely loved the app at first. It was killer. i told a lot of people about it and Now I'm missing milestones, I lost my streak, it's not paying out even when i download new games. It's skipping over my milestone mark's paying me for some and not paying me for others. When I made in app purchases, it's not giving the milestone. you were so good but I'm getting frustrated watching ads and hitting milestones and getting nothing out of it.

I have taken my 5 stars down to 2 because as time goes on, the payouts get worse and it is the same types of games all the time and those games remain on there for months. I really loved Scrambly when I first joined but it has gotten to the point of being ridiculous. I struggle to even find a game I like anymore. I have also spent quite a bit of money on Scrambly as well, which I wont be doing anymore. I am not sure how much longer I will even have the app for. It has became not worth it.
