Out of all the apps I've used to make a little extra cash this is the only one I've made the most money only thing Ive been having problems with is cashing out when it's $25 and up it tells me "balance double verification" the first time it happened to me it was fixed in a few minutes but today it's taking longer then the first time. I do recommend this app but just be prepared to wait for your money if it's over $25 because they definitely make you wait and it gets annoying.

updated to 1 star. I have had multiple issues within the last 3 weeks and got one email after my review saying I had to wait 8 days but it's going on 3 weeks with nothing resolved. do not depend on this app to do what it says it will do I was loving this all until about 2 weeks ago. I did offers and never received the credits. I have submitted a couple "tickets" however it's been over 8 days and haven't received one response.

I spent over a week and close to a $50 bucks to complete the milestones for "Animals & Coins" all to not even be awarded the points I earned. I've emailed them, submitted tickets, and not even a slight response. now the game isn't even available to earn milestones for. so I doubt I'll ever see the ($8). it may not seem like a bunch but when it took me close to 2nweeks and around $40 to get. it's a big thing to not get awarded for it. this app sucks

Tracking not always accurate, but I have cashed out $20 in Amazon gift cards already and just downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago. Cash outs were instant. Currently have a ticket out for a $10 reward on one game. I use a lot of these apps and so far this is one of the best I've found. edit: keeping at 4 stars. Was told due to tracking issues I can't get the $10 reward, but they at least gave me $5 of it to make up for it.

App is ok. Issue I had after withdrawing $10 to my PayPal account, the money never showed up. That was the first issue. the second issue was the back and forth emails trying to figure out what happened to the $10. Never did get a result other than $5. The latest issue is I downloaded a game from the Scrambly app. Reached level 30 only to have an error message tell me that the app doesn't exist. I'll give it a few days. See what happens. Otherwise will uninstall the Scrambly app.

They use an overly complicated process to pay out. This is how they can get away with ripping you off. They only got me for several hours of my time and $5, but don't expect to get any payouts after your first payout. They will blame everyone else in the payment process other than themselves, including accusing you of not knowing/changing your email that was never changed from the first payout. Customer service is nothing but canned responses.

everything was going well at first, but it stopped tracking my progress when it got to level 30 in a game. without knowing, I continued playing until I reached 2 other milestones and it tracked none of it! so Infuriating! Edit: Friday August 16 2025. I still didn't get my points for level 40! it was 1,000 points all lost. And when I got to level 115 for 2000 points it didn't track that either. you guys want people to play games so badly your not even tracking big milestones.

Horrible!!! This app doesn't award you for reaching milestones!!! Every blue moon it does but I have had nothing but hell the last few weeks!!!! Begging for my money that I worked hard to get! Do not waste your time with them, their customer service is terrible and doesn't care whether or not if you get upset! I'm owed at least $20 not just from missing rewards but from contests I tried to win and did not application didn't show it!!!

A few months ago I started getting alerts that I was playing games I wasn't playing and someone was cashing out with an email that wasn't mine. I contacted customer service right away, and they told me the issue was resolved. I just tried to log in, and was informed that my account was suspended and all of my earnings are gone. To say I am unimpressed is an understatement. Apparently they have terrible app security...which makes you hesitant to trust putting your info on it.

3 stars because it's a legit app with quick withdrawals, but support is not great. Had an issue with not receiving $30 for finishing a task. Gave it a couple of days to be sure it wouldn't just trigger late. It never showed up so I put a ticket in with support. It took about a week to hear back initially. We exchanged messages over the next few days. In the end, they "compensated" me half. I asked them why not the full amount, but they ignored this request and quit communicating.
