Been using SeaView Mobile for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you all kinds of oceanographic data – stuff like sea surface temps, currents, chlorophyll levels, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into fishing or marine research.
Here’s what you can do: you can browse the latest satellite imagery, download it to your phone, and view it all in the app. There’s also forecasting tools that predict where the fish will be. And it’s got some analysis features that’ll help you plan your fishing trips – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s pretty useful.
Look, if you spend a lot of time on the water, whether it’s commercial fishing or just for fun, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky sometimes – but overall it does the job of giving you the oceanographic data you need. Worth checking out.
