Update - I did exactly what they asked. I submitted feedback through the app. I also emailed them several times. I requested my money back within 48 hours of signing up. They wouldn't help me or refund my money. If you'd like to make it right, please refund my money. ------ Not worth it. They're recording your personal calls. You can't use a Bluetooth. You can't hear very well.
Had it about 5 mins and quickly realized it wasn't going to work when I tried linking it to my business banking app and it wouldn't take the number saying those numbers arent allowed. It's a little offensive you can get so many of these apps for free and they want to charge $50 for 6 mos after a measily 3 day free trial.
There is limit of sending messages. I purchased the unlimited texting. Why you always suspended my account just after few messages. Please tell me what is your fair usage policy. I report many times but no resolution came. It allows you texting only 70 text messages after which your account will suspended for few days
They charged fee before the trial was over and they RIPPED ME OFF! IT isn't right to charge someone $72 for a service that SUCKS HAIRY BALLS! Even if free The app is completely outdated in layout and functionality. This is only meant to be a total rip off to get your money and run.
This is not a free service its 35$ a month. You might as well get an actual burner phone for 10 or 15$ from walmart and use straight talk its unlimited text and calls for only 20$ a month and save 15$ use this and its 6.99 a week with a 3 day free trial but every time I click 3 day free trial it says "server is busy" So it doesn't even work properly have no idea how so many good reviews they must be bots for none of the top reviews to even mention the cost. I'm uninstalling asap. Don't download.
Terrible Customer Service! If you change phones or somehow have to reinstall this program you will not be able to access the program or the months of service you have paid for. It is of the utmost importance to realize that the applications team will come in respond to this and act as if they want to fix it, but they will not. Stay away from this app at all cost! See?!?! Same response, no actual solution!
I was billed over $40 immediately after downloading and beginning to set up the service. I've never tried THIS particular app, but have used CoverMe in the past which is why I believe I was instantly charged. I immediately requested a refund. I'm feeling upset, tbh. I'm upset I was billed immediately, which now means I have to wait 3 to 7 days for the $40 to be back in my account AND I couldn't even try this product. Lame!
Looking at these reviews a second time, I realize some of them are fake. The app is only free to download but not free to send text or make call unless you sign up for a trial. The prices afterwards aren't bad honestly, BUT if the advertisements say free then that's what I expect. (Unless I'm doing something wrong which I doubt it)... I hate being lied to lol.
UPDATE: The app support team finally responded about my texts not working. They wrote, "Sorry for the issue. After checking, we found that your account has reached the daily limit of sending text messages for your new subscription, so the text function is restricted currently. Please try again the next day, it will be back to normal the next day. Thank you for your understanding." So, this app DOES NOT come with unlimited text and calls. That is fraudulent advertisement. DON'T use this app.
The number of 5 star reviews really surprises me. Totally questioning most of them as fakes. This is a mediocre app at best. There are dozens around that do more for free. The way it's set up it's way too easy to miss the cancel period and get charged for 6 months worth of service. Two stars for working app but too shifty for me. Be careful and read fine print if you download this.
