I’ve been using Seconds Pro – Interval Timer for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you do interval training workouts with all sorts of timers and settings. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness apps and HIIT training and stuff like that.
Here’s what you can do – there’s a bunch of preset timers for things like Tabata, circuit training, and HIIT workouts. But you can also totally customize your own intervals. The timer display is big and easy to read, and it’ll even speak the interval names out loud. And you can sync it up with music too, which is a nice touch.
Look, if you’re into fitness tracking and interval training, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a little annoying if you don’t pay for the pro version. But overall it does a great job and has a ton of features. Definitely worth checking out if you want a solid interval timer.
