Description
Been using the Seeing app for a couple months now. It’s basically a home security camera app that lets you keep an eye on your place from your phone. Came in handy a few times when I heard the doorbell ring and could check who it was without getting up.
The app’s got some pretty cool features – you can get instant alerts when someone triggers the motion sensors or rings the doorbell, and then you can actually see, hear, and even talk to them through the camera. And there’s also high-def video so the footage looks great. Took me a bit to figure out how to set everything up, but once it’s all connected it works pretty smoothly.
Look, if you’re into home security and monitoring your place when you’re not around, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the free version has some annoying ads – but overall it does a solid job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Seeing. I've tried a bunch of different security cam and home monitoring apps, and this one is pretty solid. The video quality is great, the alerts work reliably, and the two-way talk feature is really handy. Definitely better than just relying on a cheap doorbell cam. The only downsides are the setup can be a pain if you have multiple devices, and the ads get old if you don't pay. But for a free app, it's worth a download in my opinion.
