I'm giving up on this app/site. I made a new account last night because I couldn't get into the old one (said I needed to reset password, never sent a reset email so I gave up). The new account was simultaneously approved and suspended at midnight. No reason given for the suspension, my profile just doesn't exist anymore. The rules about what content you can and can't have on your profile are vague and not equally applied to all members so they probably found some random thing to use against me.

Create password and then I'm flagged for trying to finish making my account. Support did not help or reassure a single thing. I have to verify myself and I haven't even finished making an account. I do value a good experience and security with an app but this is terrible enough to make me leave a bad review.
The filters don't seem to work. I put in to not show profiles with a certain tag and almost every result shows that tag! I put in to only show profiles I haven't viewed yet and more than half of them I've viewed. Very frustrating. Also, if someone's profile says they are only looking for a certain age range, and I'm outside that range, why is it even showing me their profile???
Popped in to check it out. Useful features trapped behind the paywall, and that paywall is super expensive. But outside the paywall you really cannot do anything meaningful with the app. So it's very difficult to evaluate the quality of accounts, but many of them were from outside my radius, and many had few details or clear photos, so I distrust the "realness" of a fair number of the accounts I saw.
When I first downloading the app it seemed to work pretty well. I was talking to real people, everything seem to go to be true!! I decided to spend 19.99 on an upgrade that gave me more options. As soon as my payment went through I was getting scammer after scammer all day long. My normal messages just seem to stop, I had to reset my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note s10 plus) because it started freezing. The app creators need to find a way to fix the scammer problems. I want my $ back!!
So, let me break everything down because they literally just scammed me. I created my account, then off the bat, I kept experiencing technical difficulties, with them saying my profile wasn't complete over and over. Then, I decided to pay the $20 for premium...of course the payment went through, but then a few minutes after completely setting up my account, they "temporarily" put my account on hold. I'll change my rating if I can get my money or account back, but you guys suck for this move 🤦.
This app was terrible. First red flag was signing up. You couldn't leave any fields blank even in question about income needed to be filled... some people don't want to share their finances. Cumbersome to use. The interesting part is I could not delete my account/profile, kept telling me my password was wrong even though I'm sitting right here looking at my password...I wrote it down as I was signing up. I cannot recommend this app.
Was cool, now you have to go to the actual site to read profiles.. What's the point of the app if I have to keep going to the website?! The issue has been resolved, now I can use the site as intended, I no longer have to go to the website. Only thing I wish they would catch now are fair accounts. I see the same picture for 2 different profiles.
I have not been able to log into my app with my email and password. Even though ican go to the website and log in with it just fine. It's given me a network error (which is ridiculous because I'm on my own personal networ.) Now, it's saying my email password combination isn't correct even though I just took it and signed into the website. And yes it was correct. I've tried it several times with the appearance on just so I can see forsure. So for now I'm giving this app 1 star until I can use it
Don't even bother. They review your profile when you edit it. That I agree with, it's mainly to weed out fake profiles from real ones. But majority of the time, they will not approve what you write in it even if it's within the guidelines. The verification still doesn't help because every single profile I matched with was a fake profile and a scammer. I lost hope on finding someone, I have major trust issues after using this app. Please stay away.
Best way to meet nice looking gals. However I'm updating my score with poor customer service. If ever there's a problem there is nobody you can talk to and they take forever to get back to you. So you're just locked out. I got locked out for sending too many emails in one day. I also had to create a new account and paid additional money because my old account couldn't retrieve the password no matter what I tried
The app does not provide a way to cancel. When you try, you are offered the subscription at a reduced rate. The app only gives 2 choices, accept the reduced rate or exit out of the cancelation process entirely. So, You have no choice. You are trapped into the continued subscription. I sent message through the app to cancel, I also called (left v-mail). Both attempts at reaching them were ignored.
I had to give a lower rating because of the response you gave me. I literally do not have an option to update my profile picture. Also when someone likes me and I click on the notification it says profile no longer found. Interesting thing if I go to favorited I can find the same profile and I can see the messages from them. So it's not a deleted profile and there's no way to update my profile picture. It's even so crazy after you talk to but things get worse
Android app does not allow to cancel subscription . Posses the stupid 20% discount option. Customer service is silent about refunds. I had to go into a web browser, login and cancel the auto renew. If you subscribe, immediately delete the credit/debit card details. Otherwise, the practice is akin to entrapment and is shady. Too bad to see the site going downhill, as a long time user.
When trying to use the search filters, for example age ranges or location restrictions, the results don't really meet the expectations I was hoping for. Also the suggested profiles don't always match the information from what you enter in the "interested in" section. But overall it's pretty easy to use and gives enough information on each profile to give you an idea on whether you're expectations fall in line with each other. Worth trying out!
BUYER BEWARE!! I contacted this company concerning not being able to log in to my account. I was told my profile was deleted due to suspicious activity, or some other BS. come to find out the company did not delete my profile, And it's still active as I'm getting notifications of messages and views. yet, I can't log in to correct anything or answer anyone. when emailed about this, they said they didn't have any record of a transaction. And now guess who just got charged for another month?👎
They are inconsistent! The two profile options are confusing. One requires a membership to msg the other does not. If you choose the wrong profile type there is no way to switch. They also kept restricting me from my account. Instead of just asking for ID they lock the account and you have to reach out for them to fix it. I've emailed twice with no response. The biggest messed up part is that my roommate is signed up and never had to verify anything. We have the SAME ip address. Terrible app
I do not like the new version of this app. Made updates to be more visually appealing? BAH!!👎 They took away the ability to open & zoom in on a photo. Also, the person's name used to be/stay at the top of the screen, but it's only shown now when you're looking at the first photo. So you have to go back to the first photo to see the person's name? Technology Credo: never fix a working system🙄
The last update took away great features. Before, you can switch views and scroll through photos without opening each profile. That was really convenient. Now, I have to open each profile, but I can't zoom-in anymore. I kinda lost interest and barely logged in the last two weeks. I won't be renewing my membership once it expires.
The most irritating and unpleasant user experience imaginable. I keep getting pestered to add more profile information and more photos. Now Im told that my profile is being hidden because Im not pouring enough of my time into supplementing my profile information, and it doesn't even tell me what it wants me to add!! As someone with a life, work, and hobbies, and who is already paying for this annoying app, I'm so tired of being pestered when all I want to do is log on in peace.
