I'm giving up on this app/site. I made a new account last night because I couldn't get into the old one (said I needed to reset password, never sent a reset email so I gave up). The new account was simultaneously approved and suspended at midnight. No reason given for the suspension, my profile just doesn't exist anymore. The rules about what content you can and can't have on your profile are vague and not equally applied to all members so they probably found some random thing to use against me.

I make an account. Then the account gets suspended because the system after I can't even finish registering. I have to literally log into an account that has no password yet. Create password and then I'm flagged for trying to finish making my account. Support did not help or reassure a single thing. I have to verify myself and I haven't even finished making an account. I do value a good experience and security with an app but this is terrible enough to make me leave a bad review.

The filters don't seem to work. I put in to not show profiles with a certain tag and almost every result shows that tag! I put in to only show profiles I haven't viewed yet and more than half of them I've viewed. Very frustrating. Also, if someone's profile says they are only looking for a certain age range, and I'm outside that range, why is it even showing me their profile???

Popped in to check it out. Useful features trapped behind the paywall, and that paywall is super expensive. But outside the paywall you really cannot do anything meaningful with the app. So it's very difficult to evaluate the quality of accounts, but many of them were from outside my radius, and many had few details or clear photos, so I distrust the "realness" of a fair number of the accounts I saw.

When I first downloading the app it seemed to work pretty well. I was talking to real people, everything seem to go to be true!! I decided to spend 19.99 on an upgrade that gave me more options. As soon as my payment went through I was getting scammer after scammer all day long. My normal messages just seem to stop, I had to reset my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note s10 plus) because it started freezing. The app creators need to find a way to fix the scammer problems. I want my $ back!!

So, let me break everything down because they literally just scammed me. I created my account, then off the bat, I kept experiencing technical difficulties, with them saying my profile wasn't complete over and over. Then, I decided to pay the $20 for premium...of course the payment went through, but then a few minutes after completely setting up my account, they "temporarily" put my account on hold. I'll change my rating if I can get my money or account back, but you guys suck for this move 🤦.

This app was terrible. First red flag was signing up. You couldn't leave any fields blank even in question about income needed to be filled... some people don't want to share their finances. Cumbersome to use. The interesting part is I could not delete my account/profile, kept telling me my password was wrong even though I'm sitting right here looking at my password...I wrote it down as I was signing up. I cannot recommend this app.

Was cool, now you have to go to the actual site to read profiles.. What's the point of the app if I have to keep going to the website?! The issue has been resolved, now I can use the site as intended, I no longer have to go to the website. Only thing I wish they would catch now are fair accounts. I see the same picture for 2 different profiles.

I have not been able to log into my app with my email and password. Even though ican go to the website and log in with it just fine. It's given me a network error (which is ridiculous because I'm on my own personal networ.) Now, it's saying my email password combination isn't correct even though I just took it and signed into the website. And yes it was correct. I've tried it several times with the appearance on just so I can see forsure. So for now I'm giving this app 1 star until I can use it

Don't even bother. They review your profile when you edit it. That I agree with, it's mainly to weed out fake profiles from real ones. But majority of the time, they will not approve what you write in it even if it's within the guidelines. The verification still doesn't help because every single profile I matched with was a fake profile and a scammer. I lost hope on finding someone, I have major trust issues after using this app. Please stay away.
