App works but all the faxes were illegible, blurry and impossible to decipher. Waste of time and money.

⚠️ Absolutely do not use!!!!! it does work actually, but even though it says you can "unsubscribe anytime" you cannot. Charges your account $99 three days later. You can only put in a request to "unsubscribe" and they will DENY your request. The trial is only a scheme!!! You've been warned

I canceled my subscription during the free trial because it was not working. Never recieved a reply. Then got a bill for 2 subscriptions, totally $189.99!!!!! Contacted the developer about the issue and still have not gotten a reply, but they made sure to take a fortune from my account for an app that didn't even work for the 1 fax I was trying to receive. Want my $189.99 back!

BEWARE: the "7 Day Free-Trial" is just a set up to perpetrate theft & fraud on everyone who accepts the trial offer. Their con is that there is actually no way to cancel the trial once it has begun. There is only ambiguous instructions to email cancellation requests, which generates an automated response email stating that the trial subscription cannot be cancelled by email. SHAME ON YOU GOOGLE for allowing this to go on!! I doubt Apple would stand for such nonsense to occur in their app store.

I cancelled this service as soon as I signed up for it (there was supposed to be a 7 day trial, but I ended up not needing the app). I see I was still billed, after contacting them to cancel the app within 2 hours of subscribing. I wish I would have read the reviews as I see many others had the same problem.

Once installed. It doesn't allow you to gain access any more to be able to receive or send faxes after the first day installed. Message reads "Loading Fax". Very disappointed. I've decided to cancel the trial and can't because the screen is stuck on loading fax! *update* Had to go to manage subscriptions to cancel.

DO NOT USE!!! Misleading info for canceling their "trial". They snag you in then you think it's canceled then they charge you a whole year because you have to cancel in "app" and then in "subscriptions" in Play store. Very fine print that is not easily seen. If they want to charge "per use" that would be a more ethical business model than fake free trials that are very tricky for the average person to figure out.

For how expensive it is per month, I would of expected it to work. Only will send Fax Cover Letter that they provide. Will not allow me to add other pages (of my own) to the fax. It will freeze up and only let me back out and will NOT add the pages I scan... If I try to pick a image from my phone, it comes up blank and doesnt allow me to do anything! I was charged twice after the free trial, and no one took responsibility. Please, is the same android phone charged twice. Very easy to tell. Dont get this app. It's not worth it, they can still your money. Now, they send me an email stating " that does not seem right" and to send them an email. I have sent many emails already. Give me a phone number and I will call you. Emails have not solved the problem.

This app is a scam. I want to send one document on the free trial, but they're trying to make me activate the subscription twice, which will incur an automatic $170 subscription charge. I read the review another user left about his issue with the app, and I'm entirely sure that this is intentional to make people think they're getting a free trial while instead racking up hundreds of dollars in fees for a service people otherwise wouldn't use often.

Fraudulent! READ THE LEGITIMATE NEGATIVE COMMENTS! I canceled before 7 day FREE trial period on May 11, but $99 was drafted from my bank account May 12. I have sent numerous emails to their "customer support", and there is NO CONTACT NUMBER. The responses I have received from them repeatedly request the same information that I've already provided in order to get charges reversed. I consistently research apps before using, but unfortunately I focused on the false "positive" comments.

This app is a huge rip off and now I'm out of 169.00 dollars. I use the app to fax one thing during the 7 days trial and I cancel before the 7 days was up. They email me and said that it was cancel. I didn't think nothing else about it until I was charged yesterday. The charge was unauthorized and I did not give them permission to charge me card!

Terrible! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Extremely expensive & difficult to understand & use. I tried the 7-day trial and got my own number, yet I couldn't even send a fax let alone receive one. I actually installed one of the free apps and had my fax sent in less than a minute. Don't waste your time trying to figure this useless, difficult, EXPENSIVE & non understandable app. Use a free app, you can easily complete your fax.

I desperately needed to send 1 fax and this app allowed me to do so without leaving my home! I do feel like the price would be rather high had I needed it beyond the free trial. But if I needed a fax service regularly, and if the price were a little better, I would use this app. I especially like that, since the image from my phone would differ from the image the recipient would get, the app showed the result and allowed for lighting adjustments to ensure a clear document was received.

I downloaded this app for fax. I used the 7-day free trial but it couldn't add any document from my phone and just showed "invalid data". When I wanted to unsunscribe, problems happened. It couldn't be easily unsubscribed by just clicking some button. You have to send an email to their support team. But they insisted asking you a screenshot. However, when I tried to add docs, that "invalid data" was just a popup at the bottom. The team didn't give any support and just want to charge you.

I couldn't get the fax machine I wanted to use to work so I downloaded this app. It was difficult to navigate and the pop-up for the free trial came up after every move I tried to make in the app. It somehow ended up signing me up for the trial on two separate email accounts on my phone. The link to cancel subscription takes you to an email to their support that said they can't cancel the subscription via email. I was able to cancel through Google and hope I don't still get charged like others.

While the app itself is fine, it seems, the general overview and pricing is misleading. The only thing offered free is a seven day free trial. Further, pricing for outbound and inbound are separate. They also only allow for subscriptions and it seems there is no way to pay per fax. If you can, I could not find it. For something done so infrequently these days, this is a highly inconvenient model. I'd even rather pay a full dollar a fax versus the subscriptions for unlimited that seem forced.

Worked great. Sent everything I needed to be sent without issue. Got the confirmation emails s few minutes after. Would recommend, but I had difficulties trying to cancel it before I was charged today. Don't always have time to access my phone other than for work purposes, but once i tried to cancel, it sent me in an endless loop until I exited the app and came to the Play Store. Hopefully don't get charged for not being able to cancel it via the app as I'm still on my last trial day.

Complete garbage. Tried to send a fax, company says they never received it even though it's listed as "sent and delivered". Keeps showing i don't have a fax number, but then on some screens, i do have a number. Trying to cancel my 7 day trial, it's NOT EASY to cancel; you have to email them and they don't answer you. I'm already looking forward to fighting with them to reverse the charges in going to get slammed with because they won't cancel my account in time (3 days left).

Doesn't work. Signed up for the free trial to send a very important document. Despite the app initially telling me it was sent successfully, the receiver never received the document. I attempted 2x. Both times I saw on the app several hours later that it said there was some type of error preventing it from sending. However, it didn't give me any notifications, alerts, emails or ANYTHING to tell me there was a failure. I had to go back open the app AND find out on my own. Uninstalled.
