App works but all the faxes were illegible, blurry and impossible to decipher. Waste of time and money.

⚠️ Absolutely do not use!!!!! it does work actually, but even though it says you can "unsubscribe anytime" you cannot. Charges your account $99 three days later. You can only put in a request to "unsubscribe" and they will DENY your request. The trial is only a scheme!!! You've been warned

I canceled my subscription during the free trial because it was not working. Never recieved a reply. Then got a bill for 2 subscriptions, totally $189.99!!!!! Contacted the developer about the issue and still have not gotten a reply, but they made sure to take a fortune from my account for an app that didn't even work for the 1 fax I was trying to receive. Want my $189.99 back!

BEWARE: the "7 Day Free-Trial" is just a set up to perpetrate theft & fraud on everyone who accepts the trial offer. Their con is that there is actually no way to cancel the trial once it has begun. There is only ambiguous instructions to email cancellation requests, which generates an automated response email stating that the trial subscription cannot be cancelled by email. SHAME ON YOU GOOGLE for allowing this to go on!! I doubt Apple would stand for such nonsense to occur in their app store.

I cancelled this service as soon as I signed up for it (there was supposed to be a 7 day trial, but I ended up not needing the app). I see I was still billed, after contacting them to cancel the app within 2 hours of subscribing. I wish I would have read the reviews as I see many others had the same problem.

Once installed. It doesn't allow you to gain access any more to be able to receive or send faxes after the first day installed. Message reads "Loading Fax". Very disappointed. I've decided to cancel the trial and can't because the screen is stuck on loading fax! *update* Had to go to manage subscriptions to cancel.

DO NOT USE!!! Misleading info for canceling their "trial". They snag you in then you think it's canceled then they charge you a whole year because you have to cancel in "app" and then in "subscriptions" in Play store. Very fine print that is not easily seen. If they want to charge "per use" that would be a more ethical business model than fake free trials that are very tricky for the average person to figure out.

For how expensive it is per month, I would of expected it to work. Only will send Fax Cover Letter that they provide. Will not allow me to add other pages (of my own) to the fax. It will freeze up and only let me back out and will NOT add the pages I scan... If I try to pick a image from my phone, it comes up blank and doesnt allow me to do anything! I was charged twice after the free trial, and no one took responsibility. Please, is the same android phone charged twice. Very easy to tell. Dont get this app. It's not worth it, they can still your money. Now, they send me an email stating " that does not seem right" and to send them an email. I have sent many emails already. Give me a phone number and I will call you. Emails have not solved the problem.

This app is a scam. I want to send one document on the free trial, but they're trying to make me activate the subscription twice, which will incur an automatic $170 subscription charge. I read the review another user left about his issue with the app, and I'm entirely sure that this is intentional to make people think they're getting a free trial while instead racking up hundreds of dollars in fees for a service people otherwise wouldn't use often.
