first fax took a half hour to deliver, then it never worked again. I would get a message saying it was delivered even though it was only at 20%. when it got to 99% it would stop. an hour later still at 99%. I have no idea what actually went through. i downloaded another app and sent all 3- 32 pages in 10 minutes. I got 1 email from this company and I hit unsubscribe and my anti virus protection went off and said unsafe website, do not enter. I hope they didn't steal my info.

paid version. Needed to send and receive 1 fax. Failed miserably on both counts. Complete waste of money

I needed to send a fax fast. but I'm in the Philippines! so I checked into the "playstore" and found them. I signed up and less than 5 minutes my fax was off! thank you guys!
Didn't recieve the fax. I gave the number, now I dont know whether they need to add a 1 in front or just the number. Doesn't serve the purpose. so after talking to the sender, it only let's you put 10 numbers, not the plus one . So useless for me
While the delivery time was estimated to be 60 minutes, it only took 20 minutes, which I found to be quite impressive considering the number of pages. As a long-time user of Fax Plus, I've had some issues with it, so I tried this fax app instead, and I'm very pleased with the results!

nice service. very happy. easy process, anyone who ever faxed knows it takes a bit for a page and this app at least lets you know its still progressing.
The app does work, but the monthly subscription is too high. You can unsubscribe, and they will still charge your card.
keep sending me to a payment page and I've already made a payment not working at all. no settings tab . got logged in once send me to a payment page. send back to square one accusing a phone number back to a payment page. no settings bar what so ever.
this is the worst app , for 3 days I've been trying to send a fax and nothing, I ca t even download paperwork, I even tried to send it with email and the email cant even open the file ,its atrocious, dont waste your money on this app
After days upon days, the fax is still "sending" - even now, it shows as sending. I tried to re-fax, but each one failed with no obvious reason at all. The original fax? "sending..." I paid for the first week, hoping it just needed time, but to no avail. Now the week is up and I wish I had my $2 and my time back. Operating an updated Galaxy S21 5G.

This app is useless. Keeps telling me to check my network connection. I am connected to my home WIFI . It failed to send my first 2 attempts and once I reduced the number of pages from 13 to 4 it finally sent after 8 minutes. I will be canceling my subscription as I am absolutely unhappy with this particular APP's service. It even gave me a pop up that said it was old and slow. What the heck, wish I had selected a different App 100%.
Easy to use, worked great for what I needed it for. 6 page fax was sent rather quickly, despite the app warning me that it could take up to 12 mins to send. I will be cancelling the subscription simply because I only need to fax something once a year, if that! If I needed to fax more often, I would definitely pay for the subscription, its worth the money!
Horrible app and service. The faxes never arrived at the destination despite receiving the message that they were sent. once you unsubscribe, your access to the faxes you sent is terminated, and you can no longer access the contents. The customer service is ai, so good luck. it has so far cost us a couple of $1000 because we can't prove to the insurance that we have sent the faxes and bills.
If you're downloading for the free 3 day trial, proceed. Don't pay. Worst paid fax app I've ever tried. Crashes constantly with medium pdfs (6mb). Sends 1 file @ a time, not multiple. English clearly 2nd lang to devs, wait 5 mins between faxes, poor file selector, no keyboard spell check on cover page, very slow fax times, asks for app store rating each time & can't back out of prompt, forcing you to accept - even AFTER PAYING! Cheap, flimsy, pricey ($12 a month), annoying, slow, app.
