Sentry Pro isn't advertising that you see the videos inside the app. It's sending you notifications when someone's around your car, and those notifications open up the Tesla app for you to see the video. So basically, just use the Tesla app!

They want your Tesla password, which is OK. But to ask for your google password is a bit creepy. Canceled a yearly subscription as a result and to protect my info. Contact me if you eliminate this request... The author contacted me to explain that Google mandates that to ensure their cut in the payment. No worries...

A very useful app for protecting your beloved Tesla! Pros + Real-time notifications when sentry detects movement around the vehicle + Notification stacks on the notification bar for each time entry (android) Cons - Needs an entry table to persist notifications and incidents (time, location, duration etc) - Could custom action triggers, like opening Tesla or other apps (IFTTT, Ring, Tapo or other security camera apps)

I am very disappointed with subscribing to this app. Such waste of time n $$$. I installed and connected to my tesla. Did some intruding tests and the app did not even sent any alert to my wife phone. Sentry Pro Team need to seriously recheck their app and fix it.

The best app to know your Tesla is safe! Had an issue with getting alerts to my phone. Customer service handled it and had me getting alerts back to my phone quickly. Recommend to all Tesla owners 👍

I've been using Sentry Pro for about a month, and to get live Sentry notifications as they happen is a must. Before getting this app i had no way of knowing Sentry mode that been actived. Only when you get back to your car are you aware that something has happen.Sentry Pro notifies your phone and you can tap on the alert and hay presto the Tesla app opens so you can see live whats going on around your car. Love it.

I opted to take up the offer of a 7-day trial that took me to the payment offer. This took the yearly annual fee out of my account. Why was I charged before the 7-day trial had been given. Please return payment until the 7-day trial has been completed. I have found this misleading.

Now that there's multiple cars and multiple phones support, the price is well worth it. I believe it works best for nighttime when nobody should be passing by your car. If someone passes by, you get the alert from Sentry Pro and check the cameras via the Tesla app. One time, the sentry app alerted me of a detection in the middle of the night, so after checking the cameras, I saw a homeless person trying to open the doors to the car and that gave me the chance to go and confront the person.

Decent app, but poor after-sale support. I paid monthly for a few months before switching to the lifetime version. I found out I was being double-charged even after I upgraded my plan. Customer service only got back to me when they were trying to sell me the lifetime plan, and not when I had an issue after the fact. I will need to contact Google or my credit card company now, what a hassle.

This app works great, I'm not sure why others are saying otherwise. It successfully provides a feature that should already be included in Tesla Sentry Mode. Keeping my subscription ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Works as described and adds a layer of "protection" to the vehicle.

Unfortunately doesn't work. It does send an alert when you go to the sentry screen of the app (watching camera manually) but that's the only alert you'll get... Spent money for nothing :') EDIT: Putting back 5 stars as the support helped in identifying the issue, which is not related to their app but sentry mode simply not activating soon enough. I tested as requested from the team and received a notification from sentry pro when my friend tried opening the door. Thanks for the quick support!

Sentry mode has become even better. Activates horn now when Sentry mode is triggered and sends a push notification alert to your phone.

The app phantom drained my vehicle battery even when Sentry mode was off. Force closing the app did not work either. Reply to Developer misinformation: 1. Your non-disclosure was my point. If you fail to disclose after many users have commented on this, that is deception. Thank you for proving my point! 2. Your data is flawed. You don't have physical access to my vehicle. Therefore, you have no idea what you're talking about. My repeated tests have already confirmed what I have stated above.

Great, would add more features. like the ability to disable honk on treat based on location without turning off sentry

Love this app! Works flawlessly, and after a few weeks of use, I 100% trust it, as it doesn't miss a beat. There has never been a discrepancy between Sentry Pro alerts and saved event clips on my vehicles, meaning if you don't get alerts, you can be assured your vehicle is safe. Also, notifications come INSTANTLY... so fast that typically the current event isn't even done recording lol. This is a good thing as it doesn't add delay to any action you may want to take.

Does nothing. logged in to my tesla account, but the app does nothing l. when I open the App it simply asks to sync with my tesla account time after time. No interface or settings. Tried it 3 times. (Android 15 / One UI 7.0) Deleted now.

the app doesn't work. i just go around in circles after signing into tesla it says close app and open sentry pro app again and it just starts all over again.

The app has worked flawlessly for me! I like it when the horn goes off during a sentry mode event. I've got tinted windows, so people can't tell if there's somebody in the car honking at them or not; it's kind of funny to see. (Alternatively, you can make all the lights flash instead of the horn during a sentry event.)I literally sleep better at night knowing that if somebody messed with my car, or even got near it, it will honk and wake me up. Only 500 characters or this review would be longer.
