I love the food & sometimes there's some great gas offers, but there's NEVER offers that go with my tastes! What's the point in a rewards system if I never get to use it? I order on the app all the time but never see any points add up. When a new offer pops up, it's for items totally unrelated to anything I ever buy. As much as your food costs (& recently went up MORE), I'm about to drop Sheetz all together, even if I do enjoy the food. The quantity and/or quality does not offset the cost.

For a pick up pay instorr order I have to put in my card information. Then it says we can't do online payments. It's frustrating when I am on a time constraints for work and I never get to eat the food I want.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! Two hours and my order never came. I called "Customer service" and they said all they can do is cancel it, that's it. After I wasted two hours and it's too late to order anything else. I'm SOL for dinner and have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back for food that they couldn't deliver. Don't waste your time using this app. Order from someone else.
When the app works, it's great. But everytime I log in, my credit card info is missing. I fix it in the app but still won't load or confirm payment. I have to login through the web browser, fix the card info there too and even then it says "Network Connection Error" every single time. I don't always carry my cards and this app worked great until recently.
Most of the things on the App are good but the huge problem I have is with the offers/coupons that are loaded to the card and are then cut off as to what the offer is actually for more is there a way to click on the offer to expand it to read it better or see it in any other format to know whether you are getting the correct item to qualify for the offer. THEN, at checkout, the coupons don't always automatically get discounted, apparently you are ASKED whether you want to use it, but if you and/or the checkout person aren't paying proper attention to ANSWER it assumes you DON'T want to use the discount and moves on without crediting the offer. There is no clear way to contact customer service to ask about this problem and the customer service in the store appears to have their hands tied, or choose to do nothing.
The app would be better if the offers they had actually worked, especially for food. Sadly, the offers only work MAYBE half the time for me. There's no way to force apply a discount--it just says it's on your account, which doesn't mean a thing if it doesn't apply at checkout. Very disappointing, especially for special offers that are only available for a day or two.
Cant log in to the app after it logged me out. First it would just say error when I tried to log in, now it takes me a page that says your log in page doesn't even exist. Seriously one of the shittiest apps I've ever downloaded, doesn't even work. Maybe find an app developer than can make you a functioning app, like all the other gas stations and restaurants you're trying to compete with. Cause guess what happened when I cant use the app? I go somewhere else. Great business sense guys.
Inconsistencies leads to a 3 star review.. Sometimes this app is great, other times it won't let me mobile order from my location I've ordered from before period it keeps saying, "oops, you ordered twice, we canceled your 2nd order." But then when I show up at the location, they have no history of my order. This has happened multiple times, and there's nothing I can really do about it. Takes away the whole point of convenience over the mobile order.
I absolutely love the app. Thanks to the mobile ordering, and SheetzGo features, I haven't had to wait on my food or in line for months since I started using it! I only have two small things that can be fixed fairly easily: 1) Sometimes when I add a recent order to my bag it only adds one item instead of the like 3 or 4 that were in the order. If I do it again it'll work on the second go, but almost never the first time. 2) Please add Pepsi Max to the bottle soda list! 🙏 Keep it up Sheetz!
App won't save my info; doesn't recognize my card and I have already been on the phone with customer service once. I thought everything was taken care of. Guess I was wrong. Good idea for an app and could earn five stars if they fix the bugs. UPDATE 2024: I can add my card, but now it won't discount the 3 cents per gallon. Their gas prices are way too high. Too bad. Sheetz used to be fantastic. ☹️ Not anymore.
App is inconsistent. Sometimes in a blue moon it will function correctly. Issues with it not letting me hit submit order. Will take me adding an item sometimes 10 or more.times BEFORE it shows up in the order. Can't look at the deals screen first or it will forever take me back to that and not allow me to check out. I can go on and on with the amount of bugs in this ridiculous app. I wish I could give it zero stars!!
If I use the app for points, and pay with my debit card, the transaction at the bank gets screwed up! It shows as pending for a few moments, then releases the pending hold and vanishes! DAYS later, the tranx clears! This ONLY happens if I use my sheetz card!! I have been reporting this for over a year! This occurs on my 2 debit cards and my husband's 2 cards so I know it isn't "just me". I can no longer be a sheetz freak cuz I can't collect points. :(
Great app overall. Four stars for now simply because of one minor inconvenience that should be easily rectifiable. When submitting a $0 order (all items are rewards) and using the "pay now" option, the payment processor does not let you check out without entering a payment method. As a customer, I should not have to enter payment information if my order is free.
The version I have installed now has been the most optimal in years. I dont want to update but now I get the stupid "you must update" error. Get rid of that, let it work on old versions, no reason it cant. Once things eventually break, then I'll update. Secondly, I wish we could sort the gas prices to show only midgrade, premium, etc. The "find a sheetz" menu is the only way to see prices, but let us sort. If you need mid/prem, it is annoying to have to open every single store's page...
I downloaded the app, signed in and couldn't for the life of me figure out how to associate my account at the pump to even get a few cents off per gallon... I never have that problem at other gas stations. They didn't even have an easy way to just enter my phone number or something at the pump as a backup option. Way too complicated of a workflow.
stores and food are great but they need to figure out the mobile order process for drive through. the app tells you to drive up to the ordering screen and announce yourself so staff can prepare your order, but I haven't even been acknowledged when I try that. sometimes I can get someone's attention at the window, but I usually have to walk in and bug someone to get my order. y'all need to either figure out your process or stop offering drive thru service.
There are basic functions that don't work, some of which are the nature of Sheetz, some are just poor workmanship on the app. (1) You can't customize very well. My main order is coffee, but most customization options are non-existent within Sheetz. This has been an issue for years, but they lag behind and make it impossible to order what you want on the app. (2) Gift card redemption doesn't work. It says it isn't connected when you try to use that function.
All I want is an app to quickly order then go pick up. After placing your order a banner briefly pops up to pay, but before you have time to think it over, it disappears, leaving you no apparent way to pay for the order. Going to "Pay" on the app only says you have no gift card, and still leaves no option to pay. (?) Update: Apparently, restarting the app resolves the issue. Whatever. It appears that each time you place an order you will then have to restart the app to pay.
I have been a sheetz member for years and all of a sudden my login password will not work. I have a ton of points I'd like to redeem but for some reason I'm can't get access to it. I even tried to sign up with a new login but the app and the website both will not let me. the frustration I have with this app and website and the fear I may have lost all my hard earned points makes me want to stop shopping at the store altogether.
The ability to have more than 2 stores as a favorite would be nice as I requenty use about 5 different locations . Doesnt really reflect the store sale offers on some brands. Gives offers that are then never used ($2 off chicken sandwich coupon that has no way to use nor ever comes off the price ). Subscriptions were offered once and never again. edit: dropped another star for removing ham from the breakfast menu and charging more. i wont be going to sheetz again for anything...
