I love the food & sometimes there's some great gas offers, but there's NEVER offers that go with my tastes! What's the point in a rewards system if I never get to use it? I order on the app all the time but never see any points add up. When a new offer pops up, it's for items totally unrelated to anything I ever buy. As much as your food costs (& recently went up MORE), I'm about to drop Sheetz all together, even if I do enjoy the food. The quantity and/or quality does not offset the cost.

This app as been no help, I have tried to order food from a store twice and everything is messed up. I have had to re-login twice throughout a transaction. For a pick up pay instorr order I have to put in my card information. Then it says we can't do online payments. It's frustrating when I am on a time constraints for work and I never get to eat the food I want.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! Two hours and my order never came. I called "Customer service" and they said all they can do is cancel it, that's it. After I wasted two hours and it's too late to order anything else. I'm SOL for dinner and have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back for food that they couldn't deliver. Don't waste your time using this app. Order from someone else.
When the app works, it's great. But everytime I log in, my credit card info is missing. I fix it in the app but still won't load or confirm payment. I have to login through the web browser, fix the card info there too and even then it says "Network Connection Error" every single time. I don't always carry my cards and this app worked great until recently.
Most of the things on the App are good but the huge problem I have is with the offers/coupons that are loaded to the card and are then cut off as to what the offer is actually for more is there a way to click on the offer to expand it to read it better or see it in any other format to know whether you are getting the correct item to qualify for the offer. THEN, at checkout, the coupons don't always automatically get discounted, apparently you are ASKED whether you want to use it, but if you and/or the checkout person aren't paying proper attention to ANSWER it assumes you DON'T want to use the discount and moves on without crediting the offer. There is no clear way to contact customer service to ask about this problem and the customer service in the store appears to have their hands tied, or choose to do nothing.
The app would be better if the offers they had actually worked, especially for food. Sadly, the offers only work MAYBE half the time for me. There's no way to force apply a discount--it just says it's on your account, which doesn't mean a thing if it doesn't apply at checkout. Very disappointing, especially for special offers that are only available for a day or two.
Cant log in to the app after it logged me out. First it would just say error when I tried to log in, now it takes me a page that says your log in page doesn't even exist. Seriously one of the shittiest apps I've ever downloaded, doesn't even work. Maybe find an app developer than can make you a functioning app, like all the other gas stations and restaurants you're trying to compete with. Cause guess what happened when I cant use the app? I go somewhere else. Great business sense guys.
Inconsistencies leads to a 3 star review.. Sometimes this app is great, other times it won't let me mobile order from my location I've ordered from before period it keeps saying, "oops, you ordered twice, we canceled your 2nd order." But then when I show up at the location, they have no history of my order. This has happened multiple times, and there's nothing I can really do about it. Takes away the whole point of convenience over the mobile order.
I absolutely love the app. Thanks to the mobile ordering, and SheetzGo features, I haven't had to wait on my food or in line for months since I started using it! I only have two small things that can be fixed fairly easily: 1) Sometimes when I add a recent order to my bag it only adds one item instead of the like 3 or 4 that were in the order. If I do it again it'll work on the second go, but almost never the first time. 2) Please add Pepsi Max to the bottle soda list! 🙏 Keep it up Sheetz!
App won't save my info; doesn't recognize my card and I have already been on the phone with customer service once. I thought everything was taken care of. Guess I was wrong. Good idea for an app and could earn five stars if they fix the bugs. UPDATE 2024: I can add my card, but now it won't discount the 3 cents per gallon. Their gas prices are way too high. Too bad. Sheetz used to be fantastic. ☹️ Not anymore.
