I'm liking the clothes I've ordered so far & that shocked me! also the shipping was surprisingly fast! only took 2 day's. I didn't like what they did when I had to cancel a item in my order. They said if I canceled that they would either only give me store credit or they'd have to cancel the whole order?? that made no sense at all why couldn't I just get my money refunded. I tried to use the exchange option but it wouldn't work. Three days later & still haven't got any refund back.

Shein (selectively) offers the On-Time delivery awards. Items have been delayed and I now get .50 cents compared to the $5 we receive in the past. This option is also not automatically selected, so please make sure you select before checking out. On checkout, watch out for the Click-On "use deal", it automatically uses your points saved and coupons. Hidden fees also depend on your items shipping method (Like Quickship) or vendor, so watch out! I still very much enjoy Shein.

Shein used to be great for affordable fashion, but lately, it's been a hassle. The shipping company they use has lost my orders multiple times, and now, the prices jump up in my cart compared to what's listed on the product page. I haven't used the app in almost a year because of these issues.

It's a great app with nice clothes, but there are a variety of problems that should come to everyone's attention, I will be listing them. •Some of the orders take a long time to come to your house, even small ones. •They steal designs from other makers and websites, so the photos aren't always accurate. •They lie about some prices, you add something to your cart and then it doubles in price when u checkout.

Shein has this auto-refresh feature that they thinks drive them more sales when what you are browsing suddenly refreshes. I guess most people would search for that one dress they loved and in that attempt, find many more n end up buying more. But for me, I take it as a sign from God not to purchase. Thank you Shein for this feature!

I ordered 41 items, and I am missing 13. The package arrived slit open and retaped. Items shipped need to be packed securely. I paid for items I will not receive. I noticed in the app that you could select if your package was delivered or not. I selected not, but it still showed delivered because of group delivery. But if items are missing, I can't select what is missing. I looked in the email but there is nothing within the email about missing or damaged items. My last purchase here.

prices are not listed correctly. they will show an item for a low price like 3.89 and when you go to your cart after adding it the price jumps to 6.50 or so. the company is able to do this because all prices are listed as 'estimated' instead of as final price. I would be less upset if they actually listed the true price, and would stop using the fake coupon deals to scam people into thinking that they're paying less when they're not.

nonstop deceptive ads saying you can get coupons if you make a purchase. once you make the purchase they reveal you have to make more purchases to get the full value of coupons. even then, the coupons can only be used for specific things. I tried buying a desk. they put my order on hold, saying they needed a SCREENSHOT OF MY BANK showing the transaction. I uploaded the proof they requested multiple times but each time they said it wasn't valid.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING. You will be purchasing items at your own risk. The game is fixed, if you manage to win they "suddenly" do not have the product you picked so they offer you either a different item or wallet points (which can only be used for select items). Customer service does not resolve any issues you may have, their only solution is to mail back your item for a refund, no matter your issue. They also try cheating you at checkout adding extra to the original price.

Prices continue to sky rocket and the shipping has almost doubled. I used to love shein but there are to many pop ups and "credits" or "free" things that are all scams and a waste of time. I was okay with a slight increase in the original prices but have always hated the shipping fee. It is quite literally more than some of the products I wanted to buy. There are so many hidden fees that when I go to checkout the prices almost doubles.
