I'm liking the clothes I've ordered so far & that shocked me! also the shipping was surprisingly fast! only took 2 day's. I didn't like what they did when I had to cancel a item in my order. They said if I canceled that they would either only give me store credit or they'd have to cancel the whole order?? that made no sense at all why couldn't I just get my money refunded. I tried to use the exchange option but it wouldn't work. Three days later & still haven't got any refund back.

Shein (selectively) offers the On-Time delivery awards. Items have been delayed and I now get .50 cents compared to the $5 we receive in the past. This option is also not automatically selected, so please make sure you select before checking out. On checkout, watch out for the Click-On "use deal", it automatically uses your points saved and coupons. Hidden fees also depend on your items shipping method (Like Quickship) or vendor, so watch out! I still very much enjoy Shein.

Shein used to be great for affordable fashion, but lately, it's been a hassle. The shipping company they use has lost my orders multiple times, and now, the prices jump up in my cart compared to what's listed on the product page. I haven't used the app in almost a year because of these issues.

It's a great app with nice clothes, but there are a variety of problems that should come to everyone's attention, I will be listing them. •Some of the orders take a long time to come to your house, even small ones. •They steal designs from other makers and websites, so the photos aren't always accurate. •They lie about some prices, you add something to your cart and then it doubles in price when u checkout.

Shein has this auto-refresh feature that they thinks drive them more sales when what you are browsing suddenly refreshes. I guess most people would search for that one dress they loved and in that attempt, find many more n end up buying more. But for me, I take it as a sign from God not to purchase. Thank you Shein for this feature!

I ordered 41 items, and I am missing 13. The package arrived slit open and retaped. Items shipped need to be packed securely. I paid for items I will not receive. I noticed in the app that you could select if your package was delivered or not. I selected not, but it still showed delivered because of group delivery. But if items are missing, I can't select what is missing. I looked in the email but there is nothing within the email about missing or damaged items. My last purchase here.

prices are not listed correctly. they will show an item for a low price like 3.89 and when you go to your cart after adding it the price jumps to 6.50 or so. the company is able to do this because all prices are listed as 'estimated' instead of as final price. I would be less upset if they actually listed the true price, and would stop using the fake coupon deals to scam people into thinking that they're paying less when they're not.

nonstop deceptive ads saying you can get coupons if you make a purchase. once you make the purchase they reveal you have to make more purchases to get the full value of coupons. even then, the coupons can only be used for specific things. I tried buying a desk. they put my order on hold, saying they needed a SCREENSHOT OF MY BANK showing the transaction. I uploaded the proof they requested multiple times but each time they said it wasn't valid.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING. You will be purchasing items at your own risk. The game is fixed, if you manage to win they "suddenly" do not have the product you picked so they offer you either a different item or wallet points (which can only be used for select items). Customer service does not resolve any issues you may have, their only solution is to mail back your item for a refund, no matter your issue. They also try cheating you at checkout adding extra to the original price.

Prices continue to sky rocket and the shipping has almost doubled. I used to love shein but there are to many pop ups and "credits" or "free" things that are all scams and a waste of time. I was okay with a slight increase in the original prices but have always hated the shipping fee. It is quite literally more than some of the products I wanted to buy. There are so many hidden fees that when I go to checkout the prices almost doubles.

I ordered last year with no issues.Now I have made 7 orders first one never received,was refunded. second one has been packaging for 10 days and they were quick ship. The tracking is ridiculous and I'm just waiting to see if I actually get my things. Giving 10 days (tomorrow)for each big ticket item then turning it into my payment center as fraud. If items aren't available they shouldn't be shown as such. If I get my things I will change the review.

Get Temu, not Shein. Invalid coupons, points disappeared, and prices keep rising for cheap weak materials that rip after 5 uses. even more annoying when items say one price, but as soon as its in your cart, the price drastically goes up. customer service doesnt do anything. So over shein, deleting it. Go to Temu, they dont change their prices, I just checked

Bought something, the app said it was delivered, but I've checked everywhere for multiple days and never got it. About a week later, I texted customer service for a refund, and they said no. Not to mention, they only accept good ratings. if you rate something 1 star, it'll show up as 5 on the actual reveiw. All they did for the product I bought was deem it as sold out and I looked closely at the reviews and other people didnt get that specific product either. The censorship pmo 🫤

I have love/hate for this app. First, there's absolutely no reason why SHEIN should be taking half or less than half of our coins when we check in when we haven't used a single bit of them yet, I've had this happen 2 times in less than a day and it's weird. I try checking in everyday, but then get points taken for no apparent reason?? Second, the coupons are also weird. Sometimes when I have a coupon that I've "won", it adds up the price onto the order so I end up not ordering anymore.

Great for shopping. Terrible if you expect free stuff. They have so many cute designs! While some of the clothes are cheap (material quality is trash), others actually feel great! Look at the materials used for each item to find the real deals because no matter how much you spend on shein, it'll still be way less than at a department store! Just don't bother with the scam games. They're all made to get you 99% of the way to "free" items and then make it impossible to get the last 1%.

I add an item to my cart, then when I select it to do final checkout - the price increases. Sometimes doubling. That is so shady. I don't want to be shown an "Estimated price", when it isn't even anywhere NEAR that price when I actually try to buy it. I enjoy shopping on Shein, but I've noticed this for a while now and it makes it confusing and honestly makes you not want to even look at stuff. I'm not the only one that has noticed this, either. Multiple other people have noticed it as well.

I used to like shein. then today I saw the total retail price for items in my cart. it was over 106.83$. however I thought it was odd based on the prices these items were small. in doing calculations, the actual price was 82.88 for my whole order. it said that I got free shipping and tariffs were already added but there's some hidden fee because once I was about to check out the price jumped to 119. I will no longer be using Shein and I advise you all to triple check your cart and "discounts"

The shopping and prices are fine, but honestly use the website instead. The app has SO many pop ups, every time you click anything it's like 5 extra pop ups open. It's so awful and obnoxious, I get annoyed every time I open the app. I want it to go back to how it was 5 years ago, you go look at deals, shop, and you're done. Now you have to struggle through 50 different clicks just to look at something. It's irritating.

They Lie on Prices! if you look at an item it shows a price. when you put it in the cart, the price changes, then at the check out screen the price per item more than doubles from the cart. They are incredibly sneaky on cost and I won't be ordering again. they give the same response (below) to every complaint about the shady pricing and when asked say it's a "coupon estimate". they know it's causing errors and have no intention of fixing it

My first order was great. I ordered 4 items (2 clothing) and they were all great quality. This last time I ordered, all three clothing items were cheaply made (though they cost more), itchy, and awful. Also, I don't like their return policy. The first item of each order is free to return but after that, each item has a $7 fee. Not worth it if the item is $10 or lower.
