Terrible. I wanted palettes from a tablecloth, a painting, and my garden. It only accepted the first two images then it only picked dull muted colors, in spite of the photos having bright colors. It tended to fixate on shades of Sad Beige and colors featured in its heavily marketed 2025 palette. There are no options to pick the colors in the images I want highlighted. The dumb AI in this app can't even pull a palette from a photo of gorgeous flowers. Useless.

Useless. No photo is wide enough for it to view. Even stuff i don't need paint identified and tried random photos to get it to work. My entire hallway, multiple kitchen points, living room... nothing

was trying to choose a color for front door, app won't allow me to upload my own photo of my front door. only allowed for interior suggestor or use their images. dont want to see what paint looks like on someone else's front door....that doesn't help me choose for mine....

cant upload colors. cant save colors. cant splash color on walls. or at least it isn't easy to figure out. I work for sherwin williams and I cant do it. how do you expect non employees to? fix everything about this app to make it like the old one.

What a half baked app. If I were an investor in Sherwin Williams, I would be very disappointed at any amount of money they pay for the app. They should get the money back. can't upload a 900K PNG or JPG. But it can upload another programs. so for me the app is unusable.

I absolutely love this app so far. I haven't bought anything other then the free samples but I love it so much! I gave it a 4 because I haven't bought anything, and yes it does say about a week and a half I should be getting it (7-10 days). I would recommend it.

I read the previous reviews dated last year regarding working on visualization for the exterior paint; up to this day, it's still not working. What is the point of this app if it isn't going to be helpful and useful 😞😞😞
