So here's my honest take on ShiftFlow - Track Team Hours. I've tested a bunch of time tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The core features work well and it has a good set of tools for managing shifts, time off, and reporting. The GPS and facial recognition are nice touches that help verify attendance. On the downside, the UI feels a bit dated and there's a bit of a learning curve to figure out all the different functions. But if you need a reliable time tracking solution for your small team, this is definitely worth a look.

Pros

  • Tons of features for tracking time, scheduling, and reporting
  • GPS and facial recognition for easy clock-in/out
  • Manages time off, job codes, and expenses
  • Gets the job done without a ton of complex setup

Cons

  • Interface can be a bit clunky and not super intuitive
  • Steeper learning curve than some other apps
  • Might be overkill for super small teams

Description

Been using ShiftFlow – Track Team Hours for a couple months now. It’s basically a time tracking and scheduling app for small businesses. Pretty solid if you’re running a team and need to keep tabs on your employees.

Here’s what you do: you can clock in and out using GPS, and there’s also facial recognition if you want to verify check-ins. It’s got features for scheduling shifts, approving time off, and tracking things like job codes and expenses. Took me a while to figure out all the different tools but they’re pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re managing a team, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re tired of messy spreadsheets.
