Worst app for tracking. No updates or tracking numbers, doesn't specify what shipping service it's using, and every time I open the app it says it's in a different stage of delivery. (shipping, out for delivery, delivered 2 hours ago, then back to processing order) Confusing and irritating, and has the audacity to want access to my email inbox while it fails to provide me with any useful information whatsoever.

The app is not user-friendly when it comes to locating tracking numbers or payment plans. I have no idea where to go without first asking a search engine. I don't know if there is no section for a tracking # or if no tracking # has generated, but if that's the case, a message that says no tracking # yet. Also, I want to see the payment plan schedule, and I can't find it anywhere. Besides that, the app is fine.

I love everything about this app! It tracks, gives you detailed info on your item, option to contact the seller, and I love when it tells you when to expect your items! I've been a customer since COVID. Although I have to say one thing that confuses me still is "shop cash" I still don't understand how much it really costs to be able to purchase other items.

Disabled. it doesn't link to existing accounts on store pages. Orders are missing from my accounts there so you don't earn loyalty points, and it is difficult for the store to locate missing orders when they can't trace to your account. ill log into store account, load cart, hit shop button, pay, and then order is missing from store website. It treats you like a guest purchaser even if you try to log in on the Shop checkout page. I lost a $1200 order using shop. 2 stars because the idea is good

Newest update is terrible. Before, I would just click on the receipt icon, and it would show what items are still being paid on, and how many payments were left for each. Now, it just shows order history, with no mention of how many payments remain. Now you have to guess, and click on each individual item, to see. HUGE step backwards. 😡

Brand new user. 1 No dark mode. It hurts my eyes trying to use it. I use dark mode for EVERYTHING because I have trouble trying to do anything without it. 2 Can't do anything with it because if I so much as enven accidentally touch my scroll wheel, it brings up some kind of rating box for some store and it's impossible to navigate past it. All I wanted to do was centralize my shipping orders into one central location. Impossible for me to use. Horrible experience right out of the gate.

The overall usefulness of Shop can't be denied with several of the online stores I frequent using Shop for checkout. Tracking is slightly inconsistent these days but I blame the nature of drop shipping for the most part. "label printed" are my two least favorite words Two things bring this down to three stars though. A) at the VERY least, dark mode should be a toggle. Don't just take it away. B) It's actually difficult to spend my "shop cash". I want to spend it where I WANT to spend it

I use this app regularly to track packages and the notifications would typically take you to the specific package and show relevant tracking info. After the latest update, notifications take you to the general page and there's no way to easily see the tracking info without digging for it. Once you get to the tracking info, it no longer shows location info aside from a map. Notifications are now useless and looks like they're just a way for Shop to try and get you to buy things.

Generally the app worked all right for me, I've never noticed issues with tracking. It's definitely annoying that it pushes so much shopping, but they are following so many companies - get lots of users with a free simple useful app and then start selling them stuff to make as much money as possible. However, now that they've removed dark mode like so many apps, I will be uninstalling. Yet another company that doesn't care about accessibility for those of us with health or disability issues.

Please bring back dark theme. With every new app update the order tracking feature gets worse and worse. It no longer updates with my Amazon orders even when connected and for the past two weeks it disconnects my Amazon account every time I exit the app. Amazon orders will say "waiting for details" for days or longer without updating, even after it's been delivered. Used to be a great app.

Love it for tracking packages, its nice having them all in one place. However, I wish you'd bring dark mode back and the ability to do swipe to archive orders that have been delivered. I hate having to go into each order and archive them, then go back to do another. Removing those two features feels like a huge step backward. I also don't understand why Amazon won't stay connected, I don't even see the point of connecting it will log you out before the item even arrives to you.

They removed dark mode instead of figuring out how to toggle it off, citing lack of interest.🤨 There's no indication of whether an item is a pre-order that won't ship for months, leaving me scrambling for a last minute gift after discovering what I just bought won't ship for another 3 months. This used to be a decent tool for interacting with Shopify-powered businesses, but I'm starting to think that other platforms might make for a better storefront.

The UI update sucks. There's no dark mode anymore and all the menu options (home, search, orders) are condensed to a small tray at the bottom. To see setting you have to go back to the home page and then scroll down because it's all the way at the bottom. I'm really tired of companies ruining a good thing for something sub par. I genuinely don't like using the app anymore. It feels so restrictive.

Used to be an excellent app. Has been completely ruined. Amazon is no longer a source, and it now only pulls from email, but more often than not it loses track of the order and stops updating. It's inaccurate most of the time, so I'm uninstalling and moving on. Note: this is NOT the 14 day logout issue. That has always been an annoyance, but it used to work otherwise. Last I used it, even when logged in, I didn't get Amazon alerts despite all settings being set to indicate I should have.

Don't try to sign into this app unless you also have access to a computer or a tablet that has your email address on it. whenever you try to sign into this app, it opens a browser to input a 6-digit code sent to your email. But when you go to your email to grab the code, and then come back it refreshes the app and opens a new browser window so then the code that you just got emailed to you doesn't even work. I just want to track the shipping status of something I bought on Instagram.

this app was great until the newest update, they completely overhauled the package tracking and it's horrible to navigate now. all the packages are bigger and they take up more space on the screen, and they put open orders on the top separated from everything else, it didn't need changing. this is literally all I used to track packages but I might stop using it because its way more scrolling and harder to find exactly what you want to track now.

Ever since removing dark mode, this app has become painful to use. It is SO bright. Their excuse of 'not enough people using this feature' is such hot garbage. Bring back dark mode, especially for those who need/rely on that visual accessibility. Functionality wise, it has better tracking than the actual shipping companies and I like that I can track my shipments on the map as well. I also really like how I can add in other tracking numbers w/ the corresponding shipping company, to my orders.

Getting worse. I think the overall experience is getting worse in regards to identifying and tracking orders. Biggest complaint would be that even though your Amazon account is linked, you can't track it via the app. It only links you to the order, and not the tracking itself. Once it's delivered, you then have to go archive the order. edit 6/9/25: no, that's completely incorrect. There's a disconnect. It's a pointless feature to link to Amazon if it doesn't pull the tracking.

absolutely horrible user experience... "We're going to show you shipping information, but we won't show you the order from the Shopify store you bought from that sent the package." 3 different shipment tracking and no idea what package goes to which order. Zero info on the order until after the package has been delivered. Just send an email with the respective tracking number for the given order and be done with it. The app is essentially useless.

Removed dark mode and now my eyes hurt everytime I look at the app. The only option under appearance is to turn off confetti on delivery which doesn't work. Then there's how most deliveries go back and forth whether they're delivered or not or just are always out for delivery long after they come. products that aren't even similar to anything I've ordered are pushed on me and at higher prices than elsewhere. I'd rate this one star but other apps have lowered the bar.
