If you're going to show an ad that's so many episodes in to get people hooked and wanting to see what happens next, the app itself needs to start where the ad left off or the previous scene. Not make it to where all the episodes already seen in the add are locked and have to spend days with very limited daily adds to watch for free for episodes that are shown in the adds and are not able to be skipped. very least allow the user to choose what episode to start from. That's a scam, in my opinion.

I liked this app for its free watching of up to 5 episodes each day if you did the ad watching. They have removed that option and made it only pay to watch and are probably going to lose a lot of revenue from those lack of ad watchers... As.for the stories, some are really good, some are okay, and some are people's first time acting and you can tell. I watched them all to support those actors and content creators. Good luck in the future, and I won't be back till they reinstate the ad option!

I was charged twice, none of the featured videos actually have endings, even when you opt for the subscription. I deleted my account, and anyone who has used this should. I am trying to stop payment on the latest transaction since it was only 3 days into the week long access, and when I checked my account, there was one set for today's date as well.

How do I cancel my subscription? I bought coins it only paid for a few episodes I bought a few more I thought I was buying for 30, it only gave me a couple more.Was hesitant on buying the week pass did not want to be bound into a subscription. it tells me how to cancel however the directions are not matching up. I did like the story lineup.

Don't ever make any purchases on this app. They have already took over 700 more coins than they are supposed to. They keep withdrawing every single coin they can way more than what the episode cost. I wouldn't even post a star if I could avoid it. But I wanted to write a review and warn people not to make purchases on this app.

You pay an exorbitant amount of money to see entire video. (Not disclosed when app is downloaded). Not worth it. The videos, after you subscribe, are impossible to access. Your promise, to ease access, doesn't compensate me for money you took without delivering service. I paid for an app that made it impossible to use. I got access for 1/2 of 1st video but not able to see end and no more videos accessible after that.

I never thought I'd download this app, let alone pay for it, but I did! Surprisingly, the videos really are engaging, and I probably would give this a 5 star review, but I keep having the same issue of the videos not loading. I'll close the app fully, wait, and they still won't load. Very frustrating.

I love the stories and concept, but it's not worth the cost unless you get a yearly plan and watch all the time. $20 a week to watch is way too much. It's over $80 a month with taxes and fees. Then they want 80 credits a chapter so buying 5000 credits doesn't get you through one story. You can watch annoying ads but are limited to 5 annoying ads, 1 ad = 1 chapter After watching the ads, then I want to delete the whole app since that makes it not worth having.

I paid for the monthly subscription, but every movie I try to watch won't load past episode 13. There is no way to contact support other than leaving a bad review. Just pick a movie. None of them will let me watch all the way through. They all stop multiple times on multiple different episodes. I have to exit the app entirely wait a few hours and try again, then maybe I can get another 10 episodes before I have to do it again.

Subscription doesn't work! I had the app in July and worked fine. I did reinstate it the other day on 8-25 and paid the monthly subscription but it doesn't unlock. when I click on subscribe it says I already am. I have gotten 2 emails stating I have to access my account or it will cancel. I've tried being guest and signed it different ways. I have now sent 2 emails to the contact email it stated and no reply. I now canceled the subscription and want my money back. I did send that email to.

The ads are longer than the actual chapters you unlock. You can only unlock up to 5 chapters a day for free. I'd be willing to spend a few $$ for the whole movie, but not the price you're asking. I can buy a movie on prime or at the store for less than your cost. I really wanted to see what happened, but don't want to watch a 70 minute movie with 120 minutes worth of ads over the course of about 10 days. Consider making the chapters longer or the cost lower.

Good luck trying to subscribe and cancel it. No way to contact or cancel your subscription. The episodes seem shorter, shorter over time and the coin system is ridiculous. Be careful with this app, I signed up due to an ad on Facebook and was hooked. the app is terrible to navigate and cancel without a loop around.

Shortmax app does not work properly, tend to get blank screen after a few episodes or close to the end. The stories that plays to the end, mostly have poor endings as if their is a part 2. Lastly when you contact Shortmax you receive these generic responses that are not helpful, so issues remains unresolved which is why I am trying to cancel and request a refund, I can't go through this for a entire month.

I enjoy watching the short films by watching ads to get coins. I just don't like the other ways to get coins. Reading articles, doing Tarot Card/Astronomy, spinning a wheel, or just going to these different websites just to get coins, because I don't trust them. I will not pay to receive coins or watch because I don't have the extra money to spend. I also don't like after watching an ad to open the next scene, you end up back at the one you just watched. It should go straight to the next scene.

the only problem is that you earn all your coins 🪙 🤔 and when you go to watch a favorite mini series it takes up tooooooooo much of those coins in just a few episodes which then is their way of trying to get you to pay for a subscription! not gonna happen at this end!!! I will just keep earning coins and waiting until I have enough, I'm not paying for a subscription! it's sad how they lure you with free episodes!! they have great mini videos! sucks! might delete!!

It costs 80 coins for a VERY short segment that's maybe 1 min long. I was able to see more of the "show" for free in the add that I saw for this app then I was able to see using coins. It didn't let me start where the add left off. You can only see a very limited amount daily for "free" by watching adds. The acting isn't great. I will definitely delete this app once I find out what happened in the "show" that caught my eye. IDK if it's even worth the bother.

The weekly subscription is the best choice, the video are getting better with the actors. The only reason I stopped the subscription and deleted the app was due to all the notifications. There is no setting option to turn them off. If there was an option it's not easy to find, but I'd still have the app if it wasn't for the notifications.

I saw an advertisement on YouTube for the Divorced Billionaire "show" and I washed to finish it. However, this app requires you to pay for every episode before allowing you to watch the next. In the ad, I watched about half the show... So when I spent money on coins to unlock the rest of the show... To my dismay, I had to pay for all the episodes, even the ones I watched in the ad. Never again.

You just can't get anywhere with the free version. Even if you watch ads to get coins to unlock each episode, when you come back the next day (you can only watch so many ads a day) to unlock more episodes, the app has locked many of the episodes you already saw and you can't skip episodes, so you end up watching ads to see episodes you already watched. I'm not sure if it's like that when you buy coins, but based off my current experience, there's no way I'm buying ANY coins and wasting money.

I saw part of a video on YouTube (or Facebook can't remember which) and wanted to see how it ended so I downloaded the app. I was only able see a bit of the video (not even as much as I had already seen) because it would play for 10 seconds after the fist three minutes and you go through those five free ads really quickly. I refuse to spend real money just to watch a 10 second clip of the video that I have already seen. Very disappointing and misleading. I wanted to like this app but no. Delete
