This service is great! Whenever I don't have time to doing a showing, I run here. I also did a few showing for other agents using this app. It was quick, easy and I got paid fast.
Showami is great!!!! It's an easy way to earn extra money really quick. The agents communicate very well needed. I did my first tours last weekend and it was awesome.

Such a great, helpful app for Realtors on-the-go. It was my first time to use it as a showing agent last week and it has been a positive experience overall. It's like a taxi for agents both ways as It helps supplement income during one's downtime and a great tool when one needs another RE professional's assistance with showing properties to clients when the need arises. A real game changer!
Just signed up with Shawami. So far so good. I have had a few showings. Requested a few days in advance or the morning of. I am able reach the Agents if I have any questions or concerns. The funds have been deposited in my account in a timely manner. Looking forward to more showings!!!
I did 2 showings yesterday and was very pleased with how easy they made the process. Instructions were very clear and I was even sent a reminder about the showings 40 mins in advance! I will definitely use this app again!
The notification system is broken. I regularly get notifications for showings that don't exist and late notifications that say my showing starts in 40 minutes, when in reality, the showing starts in 15-30 minutes.
Showami is worth the subscribe!! I am an active agent with many clients who need my time as well as a big family. Showami makes it easy to appease both. The developers listen to suggestions. The cost of showings is fair and seeing them up is fast and easy. I share Showami with every agent I know.
This service is great for both showing agents and buyers agents. Showami makes a good job of giving the showing agent enough information on who will be attending the showing, and facilitates communication between agents and their buyers. As far as improvements, I would recommend for Showami to verify the addresses when a buyers agent requests the service; in order to avoid confusions for the showing agent. Perhaps having a "back door" check to ensure there is a listing on the MLS before approving a showing request?
As a Realtor, this service has been a great way to make money in my spare time by showing properties for other agents that are unavailable to setup a showing for their clients. It's also been amazing for me to help provide excellent customer service for my clients who live outside of the city I reside. It's super easy to setup an account and user friendly. Payments are made swiftly and all communications are through the app. I would definitely recommend Showami to all of my colleagues!
Cannot use the app, won't let me verify ID. I've made sure it's up to date, it sends the code to my phone just fine, but when I go to upload my ID the app freezes. I emailed support several days ago and have not gotten any response. Very disappointing!
they offer you batched or grouped showings. but they do not show you all the locations you just get the first stop. it would be extremely helpful to have that information out front. it also takes several days to get paid. usually around 3 days other apps that you cash out immediately for a small fee.
Showami is an excellent tool for any agent! Makes it super easy to get someone else to show a house for you when you're busy or out of town, and also a great way to make some extra cash by showing listings to other people's clients. Highly recommend adding to your set of real estate tools.
Scheduled 4 showings with very clear instructions for video tour. I received 1 video tour that did not do anything in the instructions (didn't walk backyard at a minimum would be assumed among others. The agent didn't go to the other houses because "there was a dog" "there was a lot of cars". At the end, I could not use the one video I received, was left hanging on the others, and when I tried to urgently reschedule , no more showings allowed. Showami did not hold any accountability & chargedme
Not worth it!!! Had the app for a short time and did not like it at all. Notifications would come in, and as soon as I click on them, there's nothing there. This happened 6 times. Not too mention their customer service is not professional. They respond to your concerns negatively. Makes you wander who's collecting all your information.
Very easy to use. Like the fact if I need customer service for any reason I can get ahold of them, and they follow up after showings. The other agents that use the app have all been pleasent and I get a good number of requests that don't interfere with my work but also give me some extra income when I am free to show.
ISSUE #1: The rules clearly state, not to communicate outside of the app. Then why are you providing phone numbers and email addresses of the AGENTS? ISSUE #2: If you read the blogs and website, the rules clearly state, If someone walks in to the open house unrepresented, then there is a 25% referral fee for the listing agent. Agents dont follow this!!! They believe they are being paid to sit open house and can practice real estate with these walk ins.
I moved to another state and still needed to show homes to a few buyers. Showami was a lifesaver. Very reasonable rates and the agents responded quickly. I'm going to use them in the new state that I moved to as well. We can't be in multiple showings at the same time, but with Showami you can :). Also love that you get a receipt- tax write off!
