Such a great, helpful app for Realtors on-the-go. It was my first time to use it as a showing agent last week and it has been a positive experience overall. It's like a taxi for agents both ways as It helps supplement income during one's downtime and a great tool when one needs another RE professional's assistance with showing properties to clients when the need arises. Just signed up with Shawami. So far so good. I have had a few showings. Requested a few days in advance or the morning of. I am able reach the Agents if I have any questions or concerns. The funds have been deposited in my account in a timely manner. Looking forward to more showings!!!
I did 2 showings yesterday and was very pleased with how easy they made the process. Instructions were very clear and I was even sent a reminder about the showings 40 mins in advance! I will definitely use this app again!
The notification system is broken. I regularly get notifications for showings that don't exist and late notifications that say my showing starts in 40 minutes, when in reality, the showing starts in 15-30 minutes.
Showami is worth the subscribe!! I am an active agent with many clients who need my time as well as a big family. Showami makes it easy to appease both. The developers listen to suggestions. The cost of showings is fair and seeing them up is fast and easy. I share Showami with every agent I know.
