I came here because a Google search said this site was totally free with no sds, for the best Bloomhouse Horror movies. Now I find out there is no free version, only a $5.99 per month subscription. You can see a few trailer clips. I'm pretty sure it's a good app & great Horror movies. I was mislead, that's all. It's a good service but I thought at least it would have a free version with ads! I just can't afford a monthly cost on a fixed income!

Cool content, but you'll never get to finish it. Tried on this app, the Xbox, my fire stick, AND the web page on my Mac. Same thing. Screens freezing and shutting down and IF you can get it back on, it's at the beginning. Fast forward takes several mins and it usually crashes while you are trying to get where you were. Cancelled my subscription. Sucks though, content looked good

I'm a huge horror movie fan, so I was excited by this app. It also has hard to find films and shorts. Unfortunately, I can hardly ever watch anything. If the app opens at all, the films can never seem to play without constantly freezing or buffering. I can't even watch the trailers without them crapping out. Update 5/20/20: gave the app another try. It was just as glitchy as before. Then I couldn't even use the app. It kept telling me to sign up for a subscription I already had.

Worst customer service ever. Scheduled show isn't on at all. You try to ask customer "support" why not and they send back an email about a totally different platform, showing they didn't even read your issue. You call them on that and they send you a questionnaire about a technical problem. Marketed that X show would be on at Y time. It wasn't. That's a programming issue. Just an attempt to waste your time so you'll give up.

I can not cancel the freakin subscription! I read the directions on how to unsubscribe through the Google app store and when I go in to the store under subscription, Shudder is not on there. I emailed them several times and the only response I got was "due to the high volume of requests we can not process your email at this time". I'm calling my bank and having all charges blocked from Shudder. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

After having this app for over a year i suddenly find that i cant watch anything on it. I get a message when i try to play a movie saying that i need to confirm your account to stream. I follow instructions but nothing worked. I have contacted them on line because there is no phone number to complain. 5 attempts with them to correct the issue and no change. I just emailed them once again and told them to cancel my subcription immediately. They better do so. They just suck.

This app is riddled with bugs and is prone to hard crashes, but my main problem(s) are with the service. When I realized that most of the movies and shows on here are free on other services like Plex or Kanopy, I sought to unsubscribe. I got a notification that I successfully did so on the website, but not in my email. I was then charged for an additional month. I brought this up through their supplied customer support email, but I have not received a response in several days. Avoid.

Why would you break your app-- an app for a horror movie service-- in the same month as Halloween!? Your timing is almost as bad as what you've done to Chromecasting on this app. Guess I'm going to have to hit up Vudu for the Halloween horror movie party tomorrow. I'm going to stay subscribed, the movies are good, but if this isn't fixed I'm not sure for how long-- every other streaming service app works.

I love the content but I'm constantly struggling with signing in, password recovery, or my paid subscription not registering properly while still paying for it. Also for some reason, the app cannot be paused by Bluetooth headphones. I listen alot while at work and have to walk away from my phone from time to time so it's troublesome to not be able to pause while I'm away. If there could be some consistency with logging in and a pause feature add I'll change to a higher rating.

At this very moment in time, it is within my 7 day trial. I want to cancel with a refund as the selection of horror movies are better on Netflix. There are too many foreign movies on this service. I cannot follow movies with subtitles. When the clock hits midnight, my trial period is over. This app only allows me to cancel my 1 year subscription. HELP!
