Reviews for Siddur Chabad – Annotated
← Back to Siddur Chabad – AnnotatedThis is going to be awesome for this convert.
Really functional and practical.
When I go to the menu it crashes and only shows me a blank page
Amazing app. Only thing sfiras haomer didn't show up leil erev Shavuos in maariv.
Just images, so no ability to expand font size No transliteration so those without hebrew are quickly lost
Great siddur app. Clear and easy to use with great functions
Great Hebrew English, table of contents, easy to use.
Excellent app. Text is clear and easy to read. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Very good app. Would be great to have the list of psukim according to one's name (as in the paper siddur)
Great sadder, please please allow the font to resize, it's hard to read for some of us.
Good Sidur the only problem is the font size the text is a image and very difficult to increase the font size and read the text normally
would give this a 5 if the developers added a feature where it showed the Hebrew pronunciation so that non Hebrew speakers can read the actual prayers In its true form. Besides that this app was really worth my money 🥂
Beautifully made app, very practical. Occasionally starts misbehaving, but nothing a quick restart would not fix. If possible, two features would be super helpful: 1. A "no minyan" mode. 2. Bookmarks
Many bugs on Android. They don't seem to fix them..... Update: I have tried updating the app but there's no new version available. I can only "open" the app or "uninstall" the app.
Purim and Chanukah text in bircas hamazon needed - was at an event where benchers werent provided and needed to be able to bench using the app. Other than that its awesome, format is concise and familiar with no scrolling issues.
It's the best siddur app I've used. The text font is clear and easy to read. The app knows which text to include or exclude based on the date. It's like having a Machzor for every day of the year!
The best siddur, use it all the time. I can switch between back and forth between English and Hebrew as I learn it. Dropped 1 star because of 1 bad bug: If the app remains in memory for 2 days, Omer count is off (doesn't update, remains yesterday). Killing and restarting the app brings Omer count up to date. Another small bug: when phone switches between portrait and landscape mode, the part shown on screen moves. Annoying during familiar text, but during Slichot, it is easy to lose your place.
This app has a terribly annoying bug. The page zooms automatically when the screen is accidentally tapped twice or so. I would like to disable that zooming behavior but the program doesn't let you. I stopped using it for this reason and switched back to the free version.
I repeat: There are numerous verses in the English versions, where the Hebrew, has not been translated into English. The verses, I am referencing, are in fact, a Hebrew transliteration ("sounds like" cue, for pronouncing hebrew word). Not an english translation. There is a difference between a translation & a transliteration. In Blue App version, checkout the Shacharit prayers. Hebrew Transliterations, instead of English Translation (Example: See Tefillin prayer). And this is only (1) of many.
