the app will not let me chanhe my subscription. I tried to csncel

The product now has the OHD feature for Android and includes many different podcasts and training tools. SIG has delivered a product that is awesome.

good training info...awesome guns too

Would be a good app if there was any disclosure that they wanted you to pay to use OHD. Found this out after downloading, creating an account and opening OHD to see what it was about. Great bait and switch tactics!

There's no registration option. You put in your email and it makes you sign in. You can't sign in, until you register. Then you're frozen.

They run contests to get people to download the app and then just use it as a platform to upsell to pretty ridiculous premium annual memberships and $300 smart targets. Save yourself some time and use a free app and $20 laser cartridge for dry fire practice. No OHD support for non IOS.

OHD is unavailable and that's a selling point on July's contest (AND a requirementfor entry), no response from support for the App and Sig customer service. Clarification: I reached out to Sig customer service 5 days ago with no response. The App Specific team DID in fact respond within 24 hours and provided me with several avenues for resolution.

I LOVE SIG!!!! I HATE the fact this is ONLY available for IOS systems. There are other phone manufactures and not everyone carries Apple junk. I'm tired of EVERY app developer focusing on Apple first. would give less than 1 star if I could!

Scammed into downloading. I downloaded and subscribed because I was told I needed to in order to qualify for the contest. To be fair I wanted to try this app. But I wouldn't have spent money if I knew IoS was the only thing supporting OHD atm. What a quick cash grab SIG.

Love Sig But this is a scam!! Told to download it for a contest & was just charged money & I haven't used the app & I didn't see anything in contest that said it cost money it probably was hidden somewhere but use caution I thought it was like most apps that have free parts & others you pay for. I didn't look at the app as I haven't gotten up to Sig yet. This is bs

Marketing Team Failure. They send out an email campaign with near daily emails telling you to download and subscribe to enter a drawing for a new sig, but that feature is only on ios. Even the latest email says nothing about only iPhone, yet has a big image that links to the play store. I own six Sigs, this whole thing was a bad decision by marketing.

SIG connect has been super responsive to the questions I had. Using the app at the range is very easy and it's so helpful to get immediate feedback on shot placement. Being able to review my shots later is a tremendous benefit to improving my shooting. The fun factor of using the app is off the charts. I highly recommend this.

everyone should connect. the videos, and target practice tools are great.

they need to add a negligent discharge mode where the app can pick up when your p320 goes off by itself in your holster or bag. until then, 2/5 stars. Can't reply so I'll edit. Those p320 negligent discharges usually don't miss. so it's good to hear that your app can pick them up. Now add a feature that gives you a directory to your local femoral artery surgeons. So you know who to call when it happens. Dont forget, it ND's today. lol.

Printed the targets. 7 yards. Phone on a tripod. 10 round mag. App counts 15 shots. * Setup: The smart alignment feature makes lining up the target feel like the phone is drunk and the App really prefers to line up on random holes in the used backing cardboard next to the target than the 4 dots on white paper. * Use: The first few shots seemed impressive but then it doubled up shots I'd already done. Shot 7 was counted as 10... Also, 37 min of use took 30% of my battery.

The app works well. I like being able to review my shot sequence and placement. It would be better if the red dots showed up on the screen live instead of having to replay them after stopping the session. I am unhappy that it is next to impossible to find pricing for the premium service. I am currently month to month, but want to know how much it costs for the annual subscription. I can't find it anywhere. Update 1/20/25 The response is useless. I can't find the monthly price either.

Call Sign? Really? I can't sign into the app unless I create a call sign. That is STUPID! I don't want to play operator.

pound sand beta testers. Got this app to use the discount at sig shop. Got the free 30 day trial. 30 day doesn't include the discount. Attempted to switch over to the annual subscription but the app won't let me. called sig customer service three times and emailed once, they just told me they can't do anything.

First day at indoor range with the app. The manager and RSO were not familiar with the app and asked if it projected laser or anything that could distract others. Once they saw the setup and approved me using it...I absolutely loved the experience. I only need a sturdier tripod...during the 3rd round the camera shifted & didn't record more than half my shots. Overall absolutely great experience with greater opportunity to evaluate my paper target vs video of shot progression. Highly recommended

OHD doesn't work at all. Bought the annual subscription and the recommended tripod, set my Samsung S25 up and it can find and lock onto the target, but it's obviously not using the telephoto lens on the phone as the live target view is very blurry. Since it's so blurry, it doesn't register any shots on target. Tried from 7, 15, and 25 yards, no difference. Sig needs to put a lot more work into this before charging customers for it. Very disappointing!
