You can snap photos of your food and Avo will give you instant feedback on the nutrition. And there’s also customized meal plans and on-demand coaching whenever you need it. It’s a pretty cool setup – no more guessing or constantly tracking everything you eat.
Look, if you’ve struggled with weight loss in the past, this app might be worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the workouts can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does a solid job of keeping you motivated and on track without driving you crazy. Worth a shot in my opinion.
