the app is set up terribly to log in they want to do two-step authentication but they want to do it through a link in which the app has to be said is your default browser to even work it's all just a joke

it has been great being able to see my therapist using my phone because I do not drive since my car crash: ) just every once in a while it hangs up on us and we have to reconnect or i would give it 5 stars

The app is working, Greatly. perfectly i'm able to sign all my documents and complete all requirements .I am enjoying my progress and I am evolving and teaching for the better as a young female adult.

honestly, it's just been one problem after another. So many therapists on here are starting to use AI for recording note keeping purposes, and it's really uncomfortable and violating in general. So many practices who use this service in general believe in homeopathy, so I feel like there's a lack of terms and conditions that protect the client when practicing medicine or other on this platform.

sometimes doesnt show info like appointments that are booked so it looks like there is none. video chat does not allow headphones and forces speaker on phone.

works with no problem, EZ for ppl not so App familiar. I've tried other that made it hard to use if settings were not just right and some that had full voice duplex problems. this one no problems so far and think it works fine

I use this app to communicate with my therapist and his office staff. It's super quick and super easy. I enjoy the confidentiality and security features of this app as well. If I need to communicate with my therapist, I use the messaging feature in the app. Very nice. I highly recommend this app and I give it 5 stars.

well organized and set up as far as apps go.

I have trouble connecting to my videos but once I do it's great

honestly I loved my first therapist but I hate the fact that now that they are unavailable i cant schedule new appointments with anyone. I need to be in therapy and I hate this

After using this for at least a year, the app no longer opens/logs in when using a Google account. It just says "Something went wrong. We're working on a solution. Try again in a few minutes." This has been the case for at least a month and a half.

The app will not let me log in. I set it to allow me to log in with biometrics and it won't save. It keeps wanting to send a link to my email but then the link won't work. I haven't been able to log in for weeks now. I've cleared the cache, I've Uninstalled and then reinstalled, I followed the trouble shooting. Nothing works! Fix it!

I've been using this app for a while now and find it very easy to get a message to my therapist when I need her. it doesn't take but just a minute to log in and get what you need. I can set an appointment if I need to, or anything that I need. it is great.

I was hoping the update would fix the problem, nope. As soon as I open the app it says something went wrong, try again in a few minutes. Piece of junk app.

I was extremely satisfied using this app. It is very easy to log on and in one screen you can see your choices of do you want Billy it'll say none available if there's no bill available it'll say forms it'll show you if there's one available or none or needed it'll show upcoming appointments rate listed on single screen. One of the best health apps I have used so far.

this app has been a struggle to use lately. It used to work just fine and I'd schedule appointments or organize my providers fairly easily... now, anytime I click ANYTHING, I get an error pop up and nothing works. please fix in an update!!!

Critical functionality loss. Messaging feature of app disappeared recently. Emailed developer & received Mail Delivery failure notification. Missed session yesterday because app video wouldn't connect either. Of course no way to message provider to explain, so billed for no show. Installed Apple version on another device and same lack of messaging. Steer clear of this app at LEAST until they remedy this- unless you love to get billed for nothing.

Horrible app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24. I filled out it's incredibly long, detailed questionnaire that asked about my childhood, every doctor I've ever seen, names addresses phone numbers, every medication I've been on dates, milligrams, duration etc. I had to look stuff up and spent so long doing. I'm in my 60's so have long history. In the end it wouldn't upload it.

Update: App no longer supports messaging which is all I needed. Old review: App makes me log in entirely too often, allows only a relatively insecure form of 2FA, and it doesn't even remember my email address requiring me to enter it every time I want to log in. Luminello had a lot of problems, but it was better than SimplePractice.

Started using the app in September and it was working very well for me--completed paperwork in the app, paid invoices in the app, could see availability to schedule appointments without calling the office, could message the therapists in the app. The first week of December, my phone updated to Android 15. Now messaging is nigh impossible! Edit: Recent update fixed the messaging problem.
