Been using Simply Guitar – Learn Guitar for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that teaches you how to play the guitar step-by-step. Pretty solid if you’re into learning new instruments.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of video lessons covering all the basics like chords, strumming, reading tabs, and more. You can learn at your own pace and the app even gives you feedback on how you’re doing. It’s got a ton of songs you can learn too, which is pretty cool. And the techniques they teach – took me a while to figure some of that out but they’re really useful.
Look, if you’re into learning guitar, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the lessons can be a bit dry at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to pick up a new skill.

So here's my honest take on Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar. I've tried a bunch of music learning apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The video lessons are high-quality and do a great job of breaking things down step-by-step. I especially like how you get feedback from the app on your playing. And definitely helps you improve faster than just watching tutorials. The song selection is pretty good too, covers a nice range of genres. The only downside is that it can get a little repetitive after a while, but that's kind of the nature of learning an instrument. Overall, I'd recommend it if you're trying to teach yourself guitar.
