I’ve been using the SimplyWise Construction Cost Estimator app for a couple months now. It’s basically a home repair and renovation cost calculator that gives you instant estimates. Pretty solid if you’re planning any kind of home project.

Here’s how it works: you just answer a few quick questions about the job, like the size of the room, materials you need, and stuff like that. And then boom – it spits out a detailed cost estimate. There’s also a ton of other features, like the ability to save projects and get price comparisons. Took me a bit to figure all that out, but it’s super useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re a homeowner planning any kind of construction or repairs, you’ll probably find this app really helpful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky sometimes – but overall it does the job and saves you a ton of time and headache trying to estimate costs on your own.

So here's my take on the SimplyWise app. I've tried out a bunch of different construction cost estimator apps, and this one is definitely one of the better ones. The instant estimates are super accurate and the level of detail is impressive. I like how you can save projects and compare prices too. On the downside, the UI is a little outdated and it can be tricky to navigate at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's a really handy tool to have in your back pocket for any home reno projects.

needs some work as far as ue and ui. Great with work breakdown and is helpful for someone unfamiliar with AI. overall very nice tool to have for client interactions....
