Unable to log into the app. After first sett up. Won't let me sign in tells me my password is wrong (it is not). Attempts to reset password fail, fail to connect to simrad network notification. Not happy I can't use the app after switching my whole boat to Simrad. On top of all this my hs60 decided to just stop working. Tech support never responds to email and makes you wait hours on the phone even when you're #2 in the Q.

In Alaska we have 9" 3in1 it is blast for fishing in Kenai River Great sideview for salmon Also for rockfish hiding in kelp beds around Homer Seward, it has amazing downview terrain for halibut hiding deep holes.

Don't waste your time. It connects one to register the device and forevermore won't connect again. Top job SIMRAD. Why even bother offering the features if they can't be used? I have two units in seperate boats and like to sync my tracks and marks etc between the two. Can do it automatically, have to back up and restore after each trip. I knew is hould have stuck with Raymarine! Everything worked!

This app has never worked properly for the last 3 years.. and now its dangerous with the latest 2025 update it deletes the old wavepoints from the head unit dusing synchonising.. almost lost 20 years of data if I did nt had done a backup.. Simrad need to get their act together and stop releasing apps that are not tested with also links on the app that are not connecting as well.

Very confusing. I subscribed to the app in order to get better maps for my new go9xsr. So far I can see no way of getting these maps into the device. When I connect to the device hotspot I lose Internet connectivity on my phone so I tried making my phone a hktspot and making the go9 connect to it. It connects but there is no ability to control the go9 this way - at meant as far as I can see. Very disappointed. It should be much more user friendly.

Very frustrating and not user friendly as it should be. Downloaded app to set up brand new unit on new boat. App was down for over a week for 'updates'. Finally able to log into app and it won't connect - have to connect manually, then it constantly crashes. Was able to mirror for 1.5 seconds. Terrible.

Trash app won't upload zero .gpx files. Constantly crashes extremely long load times. Don't waste money on subscription.

Good app, useful functions. great connectivity with Simrad plotter on the boat. BUT unreliable autorouting, it often routes over land or outside of waterways i.e. from Izola to Grado City Harbour or to Lignano Sabiadore just as examples.

Last summer I used it and it all worked well. Just starting to do my planning for this summer and I try to do a new route, can put in start and end point, press create route and the app freezes. it isnt a complicated route either, pretty much straight line 20nm. Very disappointed. I may need to go back to Navionics and use that but it will be a pain as I will then need to export to get it into my simrad chartplotter. I notice that Simrad haven't replied to the negative reviews recently??
