I have over 100 pieces of CAT equipment I'm responsible for. This is a great idea but the app is not dependable! My screen just goes white once the app opens. Disappointing.

Was working great, but now none of the products will download. Just sits with the loading sign spinning, and it's not a connection issue on my end.
I call the dealer, no answer. I download and register to use the app, it says "something is broken, try again". I've never worked so hard to try to buy a simple part.
The app takes forever to download manuals (if it downloads at all...) and all the pictures/info are dated. It's easier to just use the mobile website.
Horrible, Can't zoom in so the documents are stuck on the same scale. Can't download documents or anything so I have to download documents from the SIS web then save to PDF for my phone. What is the point?
Good! It helps a lot on the field with the troubleshooting.. only if the image interaction was like the PC version, when searching for parts.
Usefull mobile/offline app and functionality for work in the field. An option is needed to print from mobile (wireless printers) part identification and disassembly and assembly and the cart from the mobile phone as other applications allow (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader (Schematics).
Worst app ever..downloaded a whole lot of machine serial numbers less than a week ago and they've all disappeared like a magician. Secondly they say its meant to be used in 'remote job sites' but you need to be online in order to log in most of the time and online to get high resolution images
It's a very good app to identify the part numbers and service articles. Only difficult is picture of the components is not clear, it difficult to identify the parts sometimes.... Others all are good....
I use this app very frequently when troubleshooting different issues with our equipment. I was having issues logging in (it was looping back to the main screen) when I got a new phone, but clearing the data and cache resolved it.
If this ap was intended as a time saver for the user, the developer clearly missed the target. Adding a serial number to look up parts takes longer than going to the website, looking up the part and returning here to write my complaint. Glad Cat has equipment figured out.
Sometimes logs in and works. Usually does not. I work at a dealer and struggle to get this app functional. I downloaded a lot of serial numbers to use remotely and guess what.. they are gone or not complete. App is slow to load. 2 step login verification is not good when you dont have reception - who would have thought?
Down loaded the app, signed in, and followed the DIRECTIONS, and got the exploded parts diagram I needed. Time will tell!
cant even open on my mobile, it like frozen cant accept terms and conditions, downloaded yet again and the issue is still there no change
this app doesn't work. it doesn't load. its a waste of time. would be a very handy app and usefull in the field... if it worked
I downloaded this app while in the CAT app. app will not open. I uninstall and added it again. still nothing. I either get a white screen or the SISGO main page with no further pages. have wasted an hour and still can't see parts for my machine!
This app was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Now, it no longer updates machine information. Download makes it to 44% and then just sits there. I've tried it numerous times. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps. So, as of right now, this app is totally useless! Edit: This latest update fixed the issue I was having. Thanks!
the pictures on the diagrams are like the worksheets from a public school. it's a copy of a copy of a copy from 20 years ago. they must have uploaded them from just the thumbnails that are 100x100 pixels blown up. 😹 practically useless
Garbage service. I tried to get a subscription for the service data for one of our loaders, I selected the 938 and paid for the sub, but the app subscribed me to a different machine that I don't have downloaded on my phone. spent 45 minutes with customer service and got nothing out of them. They claimed it had to go through my local dealership, and they couldn't contact them. I called the dealership and they have no one to deal with the SIS app.
