Used this app for a few years now, but it's fallen behind competition due to a lack of customization and hasn't had any significant features added in the last 4 years of my use. I've suggested a few in the past, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. It's a shame as the app is by far one of the easiest to use. Simple things others have, like menus where I can select common sentences I use or the ability to add priorities to issues are missing. I can't even remove the item count from the front cover.

Waiting like everyone else for the multiple photos upgrade. I was surprised that I couldn't sign in to use on an android tablet that I now have. Would be handy to use across multiple devices. It's simple to use and what functions it does have work well.

This app is great, but desperately need the option to re-arrange the order of your 'issues'. When you press and hold, the only option is to delete. There really should be a drag and drop to re-order. This will greatly help with keeping the survey in order if you ever miss something and need to go back. 3 stars currently, 5 stars with this feature. (Edit: Feature included, 5 stars)

Terrible! Every item has to be addressed individually. Can't add the same note to multiple photos or assign one person multiple tasks at once. Photo quality is garbage, even on the highest setting. Does not allow you to choose where you upload photos. I had to remove the NOT default gallery from my phone to create a report. Do not recommend

This app is below basic. I use an alternative photo app rather than my phones built-in camera app to reduce photo size and save space. The issue I have with this app is that I can not access that camera apps photos even though they're saved on my device. Unfortunately, you are wrong. If I follow your instructions, I can only add pics from the built in cameras gallery and not from Open Camera app pictures. Such a shame as it would make file size so much smaller. This is poor and needs changing

Whoever made the decision to prevent the user from uploading multiple photos at once needs to stop doing app design. The app makes the user use the awful Google Photos app to pull photos from if you want to upload multiple photos at once. So you upload your pics to Google Photos (which is impossible), then upload to Site Audit Pro. Mental.

Very good app for quickly writing up on-site audits as you go. Considering the price, I would expect the app to be more customisable. Changing colours, fonts ect. I would also like to be able to upload muplite images to one "issue" / snag. Rather than counting it as another. Limited in design capability, this could be an amazing little app. Just needs a few more features.

Not even one update in over a month, basic and expensive for what it does. You get free apps much more complex. No possibility to describe the job, only description issue by issue. You can't enlarge the photos while compiling the report. The only reason I bought this app is because it is the app my firm uses for the ability of sharing the report. Also no option of where to save the report. As I said there are free apps more complex but no option of sharing the report.

Great app but there are some shortfalls in it's basic operation, things i would expect to be included considering the pricetag. I did expect to be able to include multiple pics of each issue and the ability to print or share issues to individual assignees is surely simple to set up in the app. Reading through past reviews it seems you may be about to chuck all of your update eggs in the "Subscription Cloud" service. What improvements will i get if when i choose not to pay a subscription fee?

Nifty app, great for gathering photos in one place to send to management. I wish it had the ability to customize the default email subject and body. This would streamline my workflow immensely. I also have had problems sharing a report, where it won't even load a PDF into an email, it will just load an email template with the subject and body telling my recipient that there's a report attached - but no report was generated. So I have to go back in and re-click 'share' to generate again.

Paid £12 but did not know exactly what it did, now I know. It is not bad but.... 2 stars cos is working good. The reason for low rating because you can only take 1 picture per issue when you might need many different pictures for the same issue, also there is not anyway to write a neat text on the picture itself from keyboard only by hand. It would have been very handy to be able to write on the text explanations because sometimes there could be many different things to explain in one picture.

Nice app, but why does the app restrict only 1 photo per issue? Why not allow to add multiple photos for a specific issue? At times, we need photos from different angles for the same space to illustrate the issue. Would appreciate it if the team could work on this. I am sure many engineers like me must be having this suggestion.

The app is very useful but I'd like to see a couple of things added to it. It would be good to have the feature of printing a report without having to email it to yourself and then printing the pdf. Another feature that's needed is the ability to filter the snags for each individual trade rather than me having to send a 10 page snag list to a plumber who only has 2 snags.

Very easy to use and very customisable. It's quick and easy to produce professional looking reports and really straightforward to edit and alter things as you go. A few improvements would be multiple photos per issue and checkboxes to tick off completed items. Would also be good to be able to share the editable file with other people with the app, rather than just the PDF report (e.g. for forwarding on to an employee for them to edit once items are actioned)

Good idea, but has a lot of constrains. It does not work with Cloud, forget multi device work. Rearranging items order is pain and when you do this, all item order numbers will stay and you have to rewrite them manually to an order, which is an issue in reports with a lot of items. It would help if the app does this automatically. You can't put more than one picture to the item.

Android version is pants. Don't seem to be able to add multiple photos to an issue or rearrange the issues. All of this is available on the apple version. edit, so it's been almost 3 years and we still can't have multiple photos per issue, like the apple version...

needs parity with the IOS version, cant rearrange the order by long press. select order of photos only to have it choose its own order, so you have to rearrange which is slow. Crops photos on the edit screen so you can't see what they are. No swipe to delete. Have to come out of one task before editing the next instead of skipping. I purchased expecting it to be the same but it's missing a lot of quality of life features that you get on iOS. Why the difference? Why the same price?Edit: no better

Wow, what a lot of moans there are in the reviews. This is a really easy to use, straightforward app for speedy, compact report distribution from site. Even quicker to use by setting up a template and using copies. If it gets more complex then I suspect it could lose its robust simplicity. I love it.

Like the app. Simple to use and good to keep track of the issues. There are a few improvements I could see would help. 1 - Let a person take more than one photo for an issue 2 - Allow the information in the app be transferable to a desktop version of the app. Easier to write notes and edit photos on a laptop instead of phone.

Have only downloaded this app today and I've already ran into a problem with it, need to add multiple photos per issue and there's no option for that. I've went and read the reviews and other people have had the same issue and it's still not been resolved. I would see through it if the app was free but it costs over 12 pound. This needs sort ASAP.
