Worst app I’ve ever used.The guest button doesn’t work.Forgot password doesn’t work,and you can’t sign up on the app.I didn’t see a thing useful for skincare.It was all big talk and small deeds.

App wont even open. It’s stuck at the beige loading screen, despite clearing cache and reinstalling.

you basically can do nothing if you don’t purchase a membership. terrible, I would’ve expected something limited like browse products, read ingredients. etc etc but all you can do for free is TAKE A SELFIE!!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ can’t even receive analysis results

App is stuck behind a pay wall. As one other review said, you can only take a picture😭😭 + they obviously have botted 5 star reviews.💔💔

i couldn’t use it. when i want to analyze it gave me a black screen. i tried multiple times and even redownloding the app and it didnt work.

I couldn’t take a picture after i just downloaded the app, i have clicked the ‘Take a picture’ button so many times.

Nothing works. The buttons just don’t press. I can’t go beyond the screen with questions about skin type and age.

I have an issue where I press the see your analysis and it glitches out. Ive tried reopening and redoing the steps but it still won’t go further

i would suggest to make the face scan better by analysing the portrait preview than the reversed image because reversed image is not accurate on a camera but good overall
