I would like to state that your prior email and comments are incorrect. I would like to state that this issue is not resolved. You may have credited my account however this issue was not resolved and pertaining to the email response, it was inaccurate information and false. Please see the attachments that I have enclosed. There is a video showing my exact movements through the app and my settings and what is being said. The photos also show you the proof

BEWARE:DO NOT USE. I would not recommend using this app unless you would like to lose your Lyft account. I've had no issues for years using third-party apps with Lyft. however I just started using this app. and Lyft is threatening to deactivate my account over using third-party apps. the stat themselves might be the ones even doing maliciously reporting of driver's accounts

Not sure what the negative comments are for. This app does everything it says.. it works great, a must have. I'm getting a bunch of rides I never would of gotten without looking thru the app all day. Very happy to let the app find my work for a couple of credits. Developers deserve that. Great job on this. Highly recommend to every lyft driver.

Overall, I found the app to be helpful. I did in fact get several higher paying scheduled rides. Unfortunately I had to uninstall the app because I used my cash app card to buy more credits & the very next someone hacked my cash app account & took money out of my account. They kept trying to take money from my cash app until I finally had to delete it. I don't think it was directly from this app per se but maybe there's a security breach or something. Otherwise, I found it helpful

the app developers have had some great challenges to overcome and they're still in the process of getting this back to the original standard but thankfully it's still working and makes a big difference for me for my shifts. Keep staying strong guys! Hopefully, whoever is reading this gives it a try and will 7 and have patience and not pay too much attention to the bad reviews. I'm an iPhone user but got a spare android just to be able to use the app again. 🌟

First started using it. It was good then about a year and a 1/2 ago I could no longer use it. I tried on many occasions to get ahold of somebody to straighten this out because they still have $34 of mine. I love the app when it worked good. Now I'm out $34. and cannot get ahold of any help. They want you to send them a help request. But nobody ever gets back to you.

8/22/25: Redownloaded, and this app is STILL not working properly. With the way Lyft's scheduled rides work today, filtering solely on the total pay is dumb. I'm not going to let this app schedule me to a $35 ride going 50 miles. I would suggest adding a $ per mile setting if you ever decide to get this app functional again. I still have 35 credits from two years ago to use.

The app was good for about 3 weeks. The past 7 days the app has quit working. When I message support they say it's a known problem and check back in 24 hours. Well I've checked back every 24 hours for 6 days now. They always say the same thing. That they have a team working on it and check back. Very poor customer service.

it worked great At first. Now it is the most worthless. Most of the time won't let me log in. Freezez up.i've typed in my driver's license number at least twenty times. Making sure it matches the lyft app exactly And it literally does nothing. on the rare occasions. On the rare occasion Let's me log in It doesn't find any rides no matter where I place a pin. ever. I want my damn money back

So i read the instructions and understand their system a bit better. It might be a good idea to force people to watch a youtube video with instructions first to avoid confusion. As users...we just do. Anyways i'm pleased with the product except for one exception. The app sometimes schedules pickups right behind each other which I can't possibly do due to distance. That has resulted in me losing credits.

Overall a great concept and a really good design. The ability to set your search parameters allows you to skip the shorter rides and take the more lucrative ones. Would be nice if you didn't have to keep returning to your original search area for the next passenger. Just not enough time to get back if you want the next one. The rides that you skip are not supposed to affect your Lyft cancelation rate, but mine has dropped since using Skeddy. I seldom refuse a ride except for skips with this app.

The app was great when it worked, but now they're having "technical issues with Lyft's login protocols," and you're unable to use the app. This is after already paying them money to use their service (that they're unable to provide). When you submit a help ticket, they reply that they are aware of the issue and mark the issue as "solved." SOLVED?!? The issue hasn't been solved, nor will it be until the platform is fixed and every user has been compensated for the loss of potential earnings.

It was okay at first the yesterday I wasn't able to connect my lyft account after purchasing credits. I knew it was a technical issue so I reached out to Skeddy support for assistance. They were short and sending me articles to read after I told them I had already tried everything they asked being that I'm familiar with app technology. After about 5 hours of back and forth, someone finally realized it was a tech issue and was trying to fix it but could not and ignored me. Don't waste your money

Started out ok, but not working anymore. It seems to be unable to access the Lyft database. Currently not reliable. I would advise not installing until when and if they fix their access issues and the app is useful once again. As of 2023-08-23 it's working again, so rating changed from 2 to 4. Since it's not stable at this point, I can't go higher than 4 right now.

I loved this app, but now it's useless. For several weeks it either won't load or doesn't do anything. So now I'm stuck with 11 credits ie: wasted money. It won't find rides and when relinking my account it gets stuck in the first part and won't let me finish. I basically set fire to the money. I've uninstalled since it's just a waste of storage space. Truly disappointing. ETA: then they told me I'd be credited in 24hrs but 3 days later I have no credit. Wow.

This app could really be beneficial if you were able to categorize your circles into separate preferences. Like set a separate category for pick ups closer to me vs pick ups further away, and set the pay for each category. I would set it at lower pay for rides closer to me, and raise the pay for rides further away. If that makes sense. It would also be helpful to have an option to make the circle smaller.

I used to love this app. Noe, even after the "fix," I get no rides when I would previously have to cancel because there were so many. Idk, what's wrong with it still but I don't even get the red circles anymore, have 33 unused credits, and have left it searching for nearly a months now. Refund the credits and switch to a pay per ride system. ATM, this is false advertising.

As the developer is wanting to make inaccurate statements to defend themselves and the next update they've gone even greedier. Don't use this app. Using the base credit purchase rate, it roughly equates to a 5-10% tax per trip. If you buy the credits in bulk, it does come down to 3-6% of your overall revenue. With current gas prices, this is unacceptable. Until their pricing scheme comes down, absolutely avoid this app. After I finish using my credits, I'll be removing this greedy app.

I never write reviews but as a Lyft driver this app has helped me make a lot of money...until about a week ago. It logged me out for some reason and then asked me to log back in but it either says no phone number on record, or it's stuck on the verifying screen after inputting the authentication code. I really hope this gets fixed because I've paid money for the "ride credits" and it's essential to my side hustle. Fix the app and I'll change my rating.

Signed up, got 10 promotional credits to use getting nice trip reservations from the app. Worked well, so I spent $10 to buy 10 more. Before I could use any, the app's reservation function breaks. Looked into a refund & discovered that "they only refund credits you purchased", which they say justifies subtracting 10 from whatever number of credits you try to return. Sounds to me more like a way to scam every paying customer out of $10. 10 months later, app is still broken.
