i like the indepth descriptions. the presented bulletin points are very well thought out and insight bringing a better understanding to someone like me who relies on instinctual think patterns that are wired throughout my brain’s subconscious.

Better than expected. I was anticipating theoretical information on communication techniques, but I received an interactive mock conversation based on real-world situations at work. You also receive feedback based on how you performed during that scenario. Nice job guys.
