Reviews for Skipcart: Deliver & Earn Money

← Back to Skipcart: Deliver & Earn Money

Navigation is not so good. Driver support is difficult and unreliable.

Either they're not hiring or the app doesn't work. I keep getting an on-screen message "thank you, we'll be in touch soon"

While Skipcart offers higher pay for deliveries, driving to far away pick up locations and being required to wait long periods of time to pick up and deliver food wastes a lot of time and money, often negating the higher pay. It is also glitchy and like most gig work apps, driver support is almost nonexistent.

The last update is faulty or I don't know what's going on, but it's been two days since I had ez catering for the next day, we all know that we have an hour to confirm these orders just when I confirm it it says that I'm out of the area, you're supposed to have an hour to pick up the order, in the last update this didn't happen.

Excellent for supplementing daily earnings by making deliveries. The app works very well. Although from my experience with delivery with many other apps, this one has several points to improve.

it frustrates me that these apps will solicit you to sign up and then when you sign up they can't even give you work. I've signed up over 3 months ago. Still on some wait list. why not let folks know beforehand if the area needs drivers, so they don't have to waste their time waiting and just waiting

Great company to work for! Higher pay per order than other delivery gigs! The app works great and agents are quick to reply to any issues during business hours. Definitely recommend Skipcart Delivery for quick cash and fun times!

Been using this app for a few days now. The app UI seems pretty good, but the delivery steps and scheduling sucks. I'm in Jax Florida, I e received several Catering orders. • The Contact Customer By Text or Call never works. • There are way to many notifications from the about scheduled orders. • The app is very quick to automatically resign your order, even if your 1 min off. • They send orders that conflict with ongoing orders. • I think the algorithm is just needs help.

I have been a driver for over 16 months, however, for the past 3 weeks I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I can go online for and hours at a time and not receive anything. I get messages telling me " Orders are available in your area, go online to accept deliveries." The problem is I am online. When I do receive an order the app will say " Sorry you took too long to accept" or I will arrive at the location only to find out that the order has already been picked up. Very disappointed.

I found out about Skipcart from a job listing on Jooble, base pay $17. I then found it on Zip Recruiter, base pay $24. Initially, I signed up and then read the app reviews after I was accepted as a driver. The Skipcart website says base pay is $1.00 with additional funds to cover the minimum of what you're quoted for that job. It appears that most of the money comes from tips, not Skipcart. I'm uninstalling this app because it's not worth the time and effort.

I only received 1 request, and that was 2 weeks ago when I first installed it. I tried on multiple occasions over the last week, and no matter what hot zone I drive to within a 10-15 mi radius I have gotten 0 requests. Even in downtown!!! I sit and wait 30-60 minutes each time waiting only to end up wasting gas and time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing. Seriously disappointed

App is stuck on the start up screen for the past week. Doesn't seem to work any longer. But even when it worked there weren't any deliveries available at all during the evening hours. It constantly took me offline after an hour of having it on saying there were no deliveries in your area. The only time I did see only a couple gigs available were during the morning hours. People able to work during those hours might have more luck with the app. But those who deliver food with other apps are SoL.

I've had this for about 6 months now. First month I made about 200 over 2 days. After that, most orders were around $8-$12 but driving 15+ miles on toll roads and they don't reimburse tolls. Almost all orders are to Autozone for car parts. The last 2 months there have been almost no orders in my area. Can't cash out until the following day where other services allow cash out same day.

Don't waste your time! I signed up to drive and it has had glitches the entire few weeks of launch. The first time they sent me to pickup the order and when I got to the store, the order disappeared. Their "customer service" chat said they couldn't find it on their end so I didn't get paid. The second time just happened again, I got to the store and the clerk said the customer picked it up already because they were tired of waiting. I didn't get paid again. They are a scam

Trash. Very few orders. The app will cancel your order when you get to the store. Huge waste of time. No support the app is outdated and gives you very little information on the order, but mainly you can accept an order drive to the store just for the order to be canceled. No notification the order is canceled until you get to the store sooooooo stupid smh

I've been doing skipcart for years now and not just in my city when I travel to other cities I turn it on and deliver. I've never had a problem so much with the app rather certain areas cell service is bad. I've never had a problem getting paid i do wish we could get more orders and it not be an hour or so in between. but I still give it 5 stars I make roughly 150 on a 4 days period.

I'm not impressed...at all. First I had to wait months for Skipcart to finally start here through multiple delays. I started receiving emails telling me I was approved to drive and that Skipcart was now in my area...only for the app to have issues finding my account. Finally I got online with Skipcart...and haven't received a single offer. I can't tell if the issue is with the service, the app or just my area but the end result is the same regardless. **2 months later - Still not 1 order.**

App crashes a lot. Locks you out. I had it crash once after accepting a pickup. Uninstalled and reinstalled, then request verification code to log in via text. It won't text the verification # to login only via email when you get locked out. Customer order stuck in picked up for hours. When you turn the app off, it still sends you pickup offers. Sometimes, the same offer multiple times. It is so annoying. If the app is off, don't send me pickup requests! What's the point of an off button!!!

Unable to access app! Not sure if this app is even active or not. Every time I try logging, it tells me my number is already in use.. Duh! I'm logging in and not creating a new account with the same number. AI bot is trash cause it never connects you to an actual rep to resolve the issue, and doesn't appear to have the proper build to resolve issues on its own. Customer support seems non existent as you can't get to them.... Smh!!

App covering navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen and I keep getting a message that you're missing out on offers but I'm not getting any notifications any sound any pop up or anything like that. Thank you for the reply Skipcart. I did. Update - noticed improvement on buttons at the bottom of screen (triangle circle square), and offer handling. Thank You! I do realize Android is a little harder to work on than one Apple version.
