Before installing this app, please note that there are some hidden policies which might trap you. If you go for a trial, then thinks of doing it some other day and again go for trial, after entering credit card details, an OTP comes to your phone, you enter it and the money is gone forever, even during trial period. You won't get the option to cancel it. I tried to cancel and was told that I might have used it more than once. No way to get a refund. 8000/- rupees gone, for nothing. Be cautious..

I LOVE this app! There are so many wonderful things about it. This is my perspective as a returning beginner. 1) I recognised what I was playing straight away. This bought me JOY. 2) It breaks down song for you in small sections 3) you can slow down the tempo until you're getting used to what you're playing 4) you can learn and practice scales if you want, but it teaches you, you can warm up by playing your fav songs. There are bugs in the intermediate lessons, but I love this as a beginner.

Very glitchy. The app struggles to pick up the sounds when keys are pressed by left and right hand at the same time. Sometimes the song skips a note without you pressing it. Sometimes the song won't start and you're blocked on a dark screen. If you take a free trial, cancel it immediately. The cancelation applies to the end of the trial. Otherwise they will find your visa in Google play, charge their second most expensive membership, and refuse to refund you for this unconsentual transaction.

I had a 40 year break in playing piano. So, for me the lessons are good, AI guides as it should, and the amount and quality of songs is great, but I have AI listening problems with the low notes. Sometimes playing with a microphone doesn't work for me and I have to leave exercises undone. Pricing was odd. I hope, I'll get a promised discount at the end of the year when paying for the next year here.

It's a good app, teaching wise, and better than some others I've tried. However, there are still a couple of bugs (such as the speed settings that will show you you're at 100% of speed but actually you're not), some finger numbers are wrong, there's no way to manage your subscription in app (the settings are frankly a joke). These are minor problems, but for a hefty price of 30€ per month, I'm expecting more. The price needs to be reduced or the app significantly improved.

I really like this app but you guys need to work on the sound recognition part. it constantly registers keys that I didn't play. if I followed along I would end up playing 50% of the actual song. it's extremely frustrating. and I really like the app otherwise. Just fix that one part please!!

The app is okay to practise piano as a beginner but it has 3 main flaws: 1. Your progress is saved locally on your device and cannot be transferred to your phone if you use a tablet (or vice versa). 2. You cannot save songs as your favourite or your "I can already play"-selection. 3. It's not possible to scale the notes to the size of your devices' screen. Therefore you are forced to doom scrolling while you play.

Cannot reliably detect sound nor cna it keep Bluetooth connected to the piano. Also you can't search for songs. And now it has taken payment without authorization or information on the subscription I would like to cancel this please.

This app tricked me into paying for the 3 month subscription (67$), bait and switched me on the free trial. Immediately within 4 minutes I asked for a refund and they rejected the refund request. This app is not even worth it as a free app let alone something for $20+/month

the beginning is too hard. you start with both hands. THATS FOR PART 2, YOU'RE JUST DUMB LEARNFIELD!!! no need for both, just start with just one. REPLY PLEASE, I HATE IT WHEN I JUST GET IGNORED

Its a fine app, but i had issue with it not loading, so tried to reinstall, it worked to load the app, but i lost all of my progresses.... For me it was important to know which classes i have completed and what i have left for myself to practice in the future. Now its all gone. All achievements I made.. Wht kind of motivation is that...

Nice idea, but sad that it doesn't work well with midi. I can't get past setup on the app (and yes I've contacted support, the cable works just fine, I can easily connect my piano with other apps, I've reinstalled, restarted, etc). It's just glitchy. Even using the mic it keeps prompting me to setup. I had bought a subscription, but not going to renew something that doesn't work.

I love this app and get to play my keyboard with it! I highly recommend you will learn different types of songs in different varieties very quickly and will know more than 3 songs. it's now one of my common hobbies. I recommend it to people of all ages. it only glitches a few times but does not have very many problems this is an absolute favorite

Garbage. First of all, I received a free trial of this with a digital piano purchase, absolutely will NOT continue. Using the MIDI or sound interface it registers about 25% of my notes. Also, the audio lags behind the progress bar thus giving you wrong feedback when playing to the audio beat or music. Frustrating to say the least. Definitely will not purchase a subscription.

I think it's a great app to learn piano, so why am I giving it only 2 stars? Unfortunately, the app doesn't work with the WiFi on my smartphone. I have to use 5G, and even then, sometimes it takes a long time to load the app content. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my WiFi or 5G network. This issue is pretty annoying. I'm using the app because I have a voucher for the premium account, but after this, I will definitely switch to a different app.

The app seems fine for beginners. Like other apps, it needs to do a better job supporting people who prefer to use headphones vs built in keyboard speakers. 1. These type of apps should have a feature to account for Bluetooth lag/delay on the headphones i.e. the note track and background music aren't in sync. 2. The app should let you turn up the keyboard sounds (midi cable) independent of the global app sound. The background music is too loud compared to the sound from the key presses.

It would help if you app would actually work. all green light when I play notes but it fails me anyways, repeatedly. Then the next time I use your app, when I try to log in using google, "Error Occurred. please try again", repeatedly. No, I'm not going to spend time trying to debug your app. My time is too valuable. Goodbye.

I really like the new features; like the one where it tells you every other note is wrong (even though they're really not). Or maybe "now try playing with a faster tempo" (there is no tempo faster than 100% as an option). And I almost forgot about the feature that randomly logs you out of the app (my favorite by far). Thanks Skoove! I hope you go bankrupt.

Quick and easy to set up and get started! I was worried how it would be on my little Android phone, since the video demos I had watched were all on tablets, but it seems to be fine! I made it through the first lesson, and now can play a simplified version of Ode To Joy! I love how it listens to you, and provides feedback. Far better than learning from a book, and not knowing if you're actually hitting the right keys!

Problem Fixed! Songs would not load at all, so I wrote a negative review last month. That prompted a nearly instant reply from customer service to reach out, and offer to help fix it. Turned out to be a simple settings problem! Skoove now works great! Thanks so much to Shingo! Amazing customer service! Don't give up on it if you're having technical difficulties, contact them, they'll help you fix it!!
