Update; apparently this was because I had a "duplicate account" that had never had any money in it and unverified. So without consulting me they closed my account with several thousand in it and un restricted the account I've never used and unverified...they have no idea if I still have access to either the phone number or email but more importantly didn't transfer my money...makes absolutely no sense. Awaiting a response from "customer service".

As soon as I sign up for a skrill account they restrict me. I did all that they asked of and I'm still restricted. They say they respond in 24 hrs or so, but that's not the case it's taken them 5 days at least to respond and they just keep putting my tickets as resolved when In reality nothing has been resolved . It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still restricted . Maybe it's time to just cancel and uninstall

I've actually upgraded my review to 2 stars, here's why... When I can actually cash out from Luckyland etc, it's immediate, I don't have to wait for days to receive my winnings. The issue is that it's very rare that I'm actually afforded the option to cash out to my Skrill account. And when I can, it's usually only like 20 bucks. It could be an issue with Luckyland, sure, but it's one of their big selling points when you're looking at getting a Skrill card/account.

This app is the most frustrating app I have used. I have had my account 'restricted' for over a month and my physical card has been suspended for about 6 months! I have asked them for help daily and I've done what they asked and it's impossible. I have money on my account, or else I would have walked away. My least favorite and least useful app.

Do not recommend if you are using bank transfers (ACH) to deposit. Made a deposit, it came out if my bank the next day, 6 days later still no finds available on my Skrill account. Emailed customer service, they said they couldn't find record of the deposit, emailed them copy of pending transaction and bank statement showing it came out a week ago, still nothing. Extremely slow processing times, extremely slow and not very responsive customer service. Will not be using again after this.

Would not reccomend using. I have had issues with using my card. I was told to clear cache and cookies then wait 12 to 24 hrs. This has happened multiple times. Recently I did an INSTANT ach deposit, it has been almost a week and still is not in the skrill account, even though I received a notification, less than 24 hrs later, from my bank stating the transfer was complete.

Pathetic support!!! They automatically close the ticket without any confirmation if your problem was resolved or not. Happened to me twice. I haven't been able to transfer money through the app yet even with all the verification done. Makes you think what kind of support one would get if anything goes wrong like your money is deducted and transaction never goes through.

Everything was fine for the first few transactions. Then they said they wanted to validate my account and asked for account. I provided them the accounts, but they were not saying whether the validation is complete or not even after a couple of weeks, whenever i try to contact customer care they keep asking me to submit same documents. Customer service is of no use if you get into these issues. Finally after waiting for a couple of weeks i asked them to close the account.

This app is awful. I've been trying to transfer $25 into it for at least 3 weeks and since the money finally reached the account they put a restriction on it and it takes at least 2 days to respond to requests. Unfortunately, you may have no choice but to use this app...But just be prepared to encounter numerous issues before you're ever able to even use it. One of the worst financial wallet apps, if not the worst, I've ever used.

I have only been able to withdraw money once using this app/website. Absolute garbage. Every other time I try to withdraw, I am hit with "feature unavailable" or "transaction failed". No reason is given for the error. Totally fed up with this service. If you have the option for any other payment service, use the other service and forget you even heard of this one. I submitted a work order. If they fix my issues, I will change my review.
