Description
Been using SkyHalo 2 Weather (Wear OS 5+) for a couple months now. It’s basically a super detailed weather forecasting app for your smartwatch. Pretty solid if you’re into staying on top of the forecast.
Here’s what you can do: There’s a choice of 10 different weather data sources, so you can pick the one that works best for your area. You can see hourly forecasts for the next 72 hours and daily forecasts for up to 10 days. It’s got weather alerts too, which is pretty useful. And the sun/moon info is a nice extra touch.
Look, if you’re into checking the weather on your watch, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit finicky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a slick weather app for your Wear OS watch.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on SkyHalo 2 Weather (Wear OS 5+). I've tested a bunch of weather apps for Wear OS and this one's one of the more full-featured ones I've come across. The amount of weather data and forecast info it packs in is pretty impressive. The UI is clean and easy to navigate too. But it's not without its issues - the setup process can be a bit confusing, and I've found the weather alerts don't always work as reliably as I'd like. Overall though, it's a solid weather app that gets the job done.
