I have upgraded the application to premium, but with the new phone I can’t use the upgrade

On my Samsung S23 there is no colour to the planets or stars. The screen is basically like a monochrome black or grey. Please can you fix this problem. Previously on my Samsung A31 the app worked perfectly. Once fixed my rating will change back to 5 stars. Thanks.
this app misses the mark so badly. you NEED you free version to be good so that people want to buy the upgraded. but this fell flat on its face with how bad the UI is. the compass is ALWAYS off. one day it will tell me things are almost where they really are, other […]
amazing as always. last night followed space station with your help of app
Absolutely splendid! Download, do a few figure 8s (to orient your phone) and you are good to go. Completely intuitive. Makes star-gazing easier than I ever imagined possible. It shows the horizon, stars below the horizon as well as above (as if I could scoot around the globe instantly to see the the stars in […]
Allows one to view the sky from anywhere in the world! Beautiful view, and don’t need to be outside!
Started out awesome, then over the years it went to garbage. Scanning the sky it shows everything, but when scanning around it always rotates without me moving back to north/northwest, even when I’m looking south. (yes I know my direction). Removed case and calibrated multiple times, no inprovement. Uninstalling to free up space, “Emptying the […]
absolutely disgraceful, I used to have skyview lite on my previous phone and it worked perfectly, now, on my s24, it’s all grey squares and uncalibrated star positioning. it seems it’s a problem with newer phones. devs, please review your app, I used to love it and now I’m looking for alternatives. you’ll lose users […]
Works great. I’ve tried a few different apps that didn’t work as well. This one works very well.
what happened to my paid version? I have changed phones twice and this last time I didn’t get the paid version. I am now getting the free version. what happened?
This is absolutely amazing! I’ve tried many other similar apps. This one shows you the constellations and even the overlying drawings to help kids (and adults) picture why the constellations have the names they do. Truly remarkable! It even those you constellations when they are not visible due to clouds, through your ceiling, and even […]
I’ve had this app for years and it used to work great, but now it doesn’t line up properly at all. (It shows planets I can see with a naked eye in a completely wrong area of the sky) I’ve made sure my phone is calibrated like they suggest. I saw there’s a pay version, […]
Not too accurate. When my constellations are let’s say in the NW sky, your app shows them straight to the north. I’ve tried using the automatic location & also tried putting in the closest big city I found on your list. Same thing. Otherwise, I love the detail of your app. And it’s much easier […]
I don’t understand why “precise location” is required. Technically, it only adds Bluetooth and wifi to make the location better, mostly useful in the cities. When I’m out there looking at the stars, I have no wifi nor Bluetooth. GPS location alone should be good enough. I cannot speak of other capabilities of this app, […]
It does what I want. I use it every time I go out with my telescope and sometimes for fun when I’m bored and I want to see where Hubble is. I use it almost every day so I thought why not get the paid version since it’s a one time payment. The paid version […]
Very beautiful as well as informative with regards to the purpose of orienting oneself in the night sky and locating cosmic “goodies”. If you draw over stars within a constellation, it will produce an overlay of the image of that constellation (a setting option) and even tracks faster moving objects (such as comets and satellites) […]
I’ve downloaded this app on my last 3 phones because I love it so much. I love sharing it with people when we are outside under the stars so they can identify, and sometimes see with their naked eye, planets, galaxies, constellations, satellites, and my favorite, finding the ISS. The music is so comforting too. […]
Nice app. When I first downloaded and tried it, the compass settings (and sky) didn’t line up with reality – ie. South showed up as though I was looking northeast. A few days later though, it worked perfectly. The graphics on this app are really good. If you hover over a star, satellite, or planet, […]
I like this app for constellations and stars. Looking at where the planets are is really cool, too, except, where’s Pluto? My major gripe is that the app doesn’t recognize where the moon is. It’s right in front of me and I have my phone camera pointed right at it, but all shows is just […]
If you want an app where you can easily identify different constellations without any fuss, this app is for you!! It doesn’t show you a stupidly large amount of stars like some of the other apps, but honestly, I like it better this way. It just shows what you would normally see in the sky […]
