Been using Sleepway: Sound, Sleep Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you fall asleep and sleep better with calming sounds, white noise, and guided meditation. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of stuff.
Here’s what you do: You can pick from a bunch of different nature sounds, soft music, or classic white noise. There’s also some guided meditation tracks if you wanna try that. And you can mix and match the sounds to create your own perfect sleep environment. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful.
Look, if you have trouble sleeping, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the sleep tracking can be a bit finicky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need help winding down and getting a good night’s rest.

I've tested a bunch of sleep apps and Sleepway is one of the better ones. The sound library is really solid, with tons of relaxing options to choose from. In my experience, the white noise and nature sounds work well to block out distractions and help me drift off. And the guided meditations are nice too, though I don't use them as much. The sleep tracking is cool but can be a little inconsistent. Overall though, it's a well-rounded app that covers all the basics for better sleep.

literally started the tracker and woke up to no recordings like what it literally said tracking started but somehow stopped itself and what a waste like why isn't it working??...
